| Excellent stay, lovely apartment very near to town, furniture & fittings of a very good standard, owners really friendly, even had milk in fridge so could have a cup of tea after a very long journey ! Couldn't find anything to fault at all, hope to stay again |

| The appartment was lovely, very clean and tidy, very comfortable and welcoming. The decor was superb and like a show house. Information available on various attractions were to hand. It was very close to the town and sea front. Lovely, would definately stay there again. Thank you. |

| We have been having short stays in Aberystwyth for the past 4 years whilst our daughter was attending university and I wish we had discovered this apartment earlier. We really couldn't fault it and recommend it wholeheartedly.The hotels we have stayed elsewhere in the town have been so noisy without exception and this was wonderfully quiet yet close to the front.The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and so clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided plus there was tea, coffee and a pint of milk provided which was very welcome after our long journey.The owner was there to meet us and was very charming and friendly.My daughter is already planning to stay at this apartment when she goes back to visit-that says it all! |

| The apartment was spotless and very well fitted to a very high standard we were met at the agreed time to be shown around by the owner there was fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee available lovely views over the town to the sea. Wished we could have stayed longer. |

| Had a very enjoyable stay at these apartments. They are fully kitted out with everything you need and are ultra modern in every sense. The owners are very friendly, and are easy to contact if you need to. Comfortable bed, the room was en-suite with a shower, and also had a seperate bathroom. On top of this, there was also a large LCD television in the living room which was brilliant, especially for watching the Euro final! Highly recommended. |

| Beautiful apartment overlooking the town with sea views. The cleanest place I have ever stayed in, I would be happy to live there.The owner met me at the building with the key and showed me round the apartment and briefed me on the facilites before leaving. Tea/Coffe/Chocolate was provided and they put a pint of milk in the fridge!Wide screen TV with freeview channels. Patio doors lead to a small balcony to enjoy the view. 2 bedrooms, I double with ensuite, 1 twin. Separate large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen including washer dryer,dishwasher, wasre disposal and fridge.Fantastic. |

| Very clean and comfortable modern apartment, fully kitted-out with pretty much everything you need. Good location near to the centre without the noisy nightlife. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful owner. Good value for money. |

| Fab serviced apartment. The owners met us at the door (use their directions, turn first right as you turn right into North Road, go up the hill, NEW apartments on the hill). High quality, fashionable, new apartments. Comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, complimentary tea/coffee/milk on arrival. Would definitely stay here again. Owners very friendly and helpful. You pay by cheque or cash on leaving. Thank you. |

| Quiet apartment away from the main streets. Lovely views. Extremely well presented. Could have done with a little local information, i.e "good" eating places, other amenities. |
