When I had came here, I had thought that this place was going to cost a fortune, due to a my low budget. The price was right and I took it. The staff here have made it feel like an at home atmosphere. They may not have a continental breakfast, but they do have a business/conference room, fitness room, free internet/wifi, always cleaned,on-site security patrol,in room coffee, refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, close hangers, washer, dryer, and they are adding more washer/dryer sets as well as a steamer for those important business people that need their clothes nice and neat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family, friends, and co-worker's.

This motel is undergoing renovations, but it really needs to work on the basics, like working heat/airconditioning and maid service. If you need a cheap, quick place to stay for a night this might be ok, but if you want a place to relax and enjoy your visit, look elsewhere. It is very basic, with absolutely no food offered in the lobby. No continental breakfast or even a basket of apples. There is coffee if you can find cups and condiments. In the room the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The maid forgot to leave toilet paper, and to clean the in-room coffee pot. If you want internet and a working heater you may not get a refrigerator and microwave, and vice versa. The hot water took about 3-5 minutes to heat up, so we had to turn it on well before we were ready to use it. The restaurant out in front is a bikini sports bar. Don't be fooled by the photos. In all, a very unpleasant stay, and we didn't want to pay a penalty to leave early and find another hotel.

Ok the hotel is not really a hotel its mostly a motel since it only goes up to the 2nd floor. At first we thought it was going to be a very nice hotel like a holiday inn but it wasn't. Don't let the pictures fool you but the hotel has really bad preparations inside. The bathrooms are small a size of a closet. The beds are fine with good prep but here is the truth when we got to our rooms at 124. The TV has really bad reception sometimes and will become blurry. You may find a Air conditioner with no knobs. Some outlets may be pulled out of the wall and if your really lucky you might find your room as a beat up apartment like a fight yard cause wehave some lamps that are out of place. If your looking for a hotel with free items like tooth brushes and a fridge to keep things chilled well you got the wrong place cause this hotel don't have any. The price may be good and from online offers but the stuff inside the rooms are very disappointing. The place is run by a small staff including front desks workers. business center is only one computer and a printer in the lobby and thats all. a 3 hexagon shape pool. a small room of excerise equipment. Trust me if you pick this place its best to stay here for only a night unless you don't care much about the quality then its your choice but i recommend not to go to this hotel.

The hotel presented itself as an upscale hotel, however, I would rank it more along the lines with a Super 8 motel. The rooms were suited more for overnit truck drivers or folks that could care less about luxury. Also, the bedspread and sheets did not seem cleam. Plus, no type of room service or towel service. I will not stay at this hotel again.

We were in Austin visiting family. We had no problems with this hotel. We got there well before check in time and they had no problem getting us into a room. The a/c worked very well, there was an abundence of hot water and water pressure, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area was great. It was helpful having a shallow section for my two year old to play in. The only complaints I have is the rules of the pool are not enforced. There were too many unsupervised kid in the pool and too many people drinking bottled beer. Next time we are in Austin with out a doubt we will stay there again.

While this hotel had a nice look in the lobby area and the outside looked well kept, the room was not. There were tears in the wallpaper, the tub drain valve was broken and the tub was patched. There were many ants in the room. There was only 1 towel and washcloth in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

The rooms are absolutely disgusting, there are stains and mildew in the shower, stains on the furniture, a musty smell in the room, broken furniture and trash in the hallways, and there was a drug bust at the hotel on our last visit!

I made the mistake of staying sight unseen and of believing the advertisement on ammenities. There was only limited high speed internet access in some rooms not all. The desk help was attrocious upon check in and even worse upon check out. They could not make the simplest of tasks painless and showed their incompetence.

The hotel was nice and the people in the lobby were as well. I have to say though from the way the sign and the lobby both looked, my expectations for quality were higher than what we got. The whole appearance was a little bit shabby and the fountain area plants were all overgrown, making it look messy. But the bed was comfortable and the water was hot, so should we go back to Austin we just might stay there again.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was very tidy and attractive, both inside and out. As I mentioned the housekeeping was suberb. The night desk clerk was not very pleasant. I did not catch his name. He was not overtly rude, but I noticed the manner in which he treated other customers (not myself) and had I been them.

This is a decent place for a 2 star hotel. They have a nice swimming pool and somewhat free internet. Bathroom fixtures show their age.

When we first arrived, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied by 2 men. On Saturday, the cleaning service came through at 10 am, we asked that they come back - they didn't. When we returned to the room Saturday evening, we went to front desk for clean towels and washcloths - they were out. On Sunday, when we returned to the room, our key didn't work.

The hotel is conveniently located and was easy to find. Check-in and check-out were relatively quick and easy. The room was clean, not particularly attractive, but served our purpose fine. The one thing that bothered me a bit was the $2.50 amenity fee that they tried to charge me for the free WiFi and in-room coffee. The guy at the desk said that all hotels do that, but he waived it for me when I asked politely. Overall, I would stay here again for a single overnight stay. For a longer stay, I would seek out a more spacious, attractive, and comfortable room, like at La Quinta.

When I arrived I was impressed with the lobby, when I got to my room, I was disappointed, it did not live up to the looks of the lobby, There were mold stains on the bathroom wall and it smelled kind of bad, cigarette stains on the bathroom counter (it was a non smoking room). There were diesel trucks parked everywhere in the parking lot with their engines running all night and it was hard to sleep. Would not want to stay there very much.
