The bed linens were dirty, the sheets were thread bare and stained, the pillows should have been thrown away. The manager was very rude when we tried to explain why we felt we could not sleep in the dirty beds. He said we should go to a Hyaitt. I have never seen such disgusting bed linens in a hotel room. The manager refused to refund our money, we had to call [...] for help. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was not the best deal in town. They list a pool. This was one of the reasons that I booked here, when we arrived to find that the pool had not been functioning for quite sometime. With no plans of making repairs. The rooms come with a mini refrigerator and a microwave, this is a plus. The bed was comfortable. Our room was no smoking, but it still smelled like smoke. Bed cover even had a burn hole in it. Not sure how long the room was non-smoking. The motel was well lighted and close to resturants.

The parking lot was very close. The staff was not friendly. The person on staff was drunk when we got there. We almost didn't get a room because we didn't check in until about 1:00 a.m.

The Country Inn, North Platte, NE was clean and comfortable with a great husband/wife staff. The room was decorated in a ... '70's style but was very clean. The pool was drained and I assumed was being cleaned at the time of my stay. The bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a closet in the other area. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which made it convient while traveling with my disabled daughter. The location was at the end of the main drag of the town but close to everything we needed.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Old, noisy andrun-down. The room was noisy and you could hear people walking around outside and next door. The door didn't lock well. It was clean though, and the hotel staff was nice. You could park right in front of the door and bring your stuff in.

Newly remodeled rooms. The area made me a little uncomfortable. The newly remodeled rooms are nice, but, it’s in an area that my wife felt uneasy in, but, we had no problems and the staff was friendly.

Cost effective, convenient location, comfortable. Some of the comfort fixtures could use updating. Need some thicker towels. We stayed here on the third night of a four-day trip from the east coast to Colorado. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. They were conveniently located to dining and shopping. Once the thunderstorm/tornado threat passed we all had a good night's sleep.

Friendly and courteous desk clerk. Too many lights outside causing light in the room. There was no complete block cover to the window allowing the night lights to shine in the room. The lights make the motel very safe as it is well lit, but the lights shown into the motel room to make it seem like daylight. Suggest some kind of light blocker for the window coverings.
