What are your breakfast options?: Our apartments are self catering, however if a guest would like a Cooked buffet breakfast, there is a restaurant next door that opens at 6:30am and serves breakfast until 9:30am. The cost is $15.00 per person and $10.00 for children.
What transport is available to get around?: From the airport there is a shuttle which will drop you at our door and will also pick you up. The cost is $16.00 or $28.00 return. If you catch a Redline coach from the ferry terminal in Devonport, it is a 5 minute walk from the depot to here. Local buses stop at our door step. There are numerous tour buses that will take you to local attractions.
What can I do nearby?: We are located directly opposite City Park which has a large playground and conservatory. It also has monkeys which everyone enjoys watching. As we are within walking distance of the CBD, there are numerous cafes and restaurants which offer our wonderful Tasmanian produce. There are weekend markets 5 minutes walk away, which is also close to the museum. Cataract Gorge is a must for every visitor to Launceston and is a five minute drive from here. Guests can also follow the Tamar Valley wine route, which depending on how many wineries they visit, can be a half day or full day trip. 45 minutes drive will have you at the largest lavender farm in the Southern hemisphere. Not to forget the Famous Boags Brewery Tour.
