Description:
The North Country Inn is a great place to stay whether you are traveling on business or with your family. The atmosphere in front of the fireplace in our lobby is welcoming and comfortable. Enjoy the free continental breakfast in the morning and cookies and milk in the early evening. Our amenities include an alarm clock, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, HBO and cable TV in each room, 32"LCD TV's, a pool and spa, a hospitality room, wireless internet, and guest laundry. We have 24-hour front desk service where irons, ironing boards, faxes, and copies will be available. We have 2 room suites if you are looking for more space or privacy. Also rooms with handicap accessibility and smoking option are available. Some of our rooms feature wet bars and Jacuzzi tubs. We offer cold weather hookups in our large parking lot, for trucks and trailers. Come visit The North Country Inn, we are close to the city's unique shopping and dining for your convenience. While in the Roseau area there are many activities to keep you busy. Roseau is on the Pine to Prairie Bird Trail. At the Roseau River Wildlife Management Area you can find rare birds such as the great gray owl, sand hill cranes, and nesting bald eagles. Roseau is also the home of Polaris Industries. You can tour Polaris, or enjoy a visit to the Polaris Experience Center. If you prefer the outdoors, we have hunting in Beltrami State Forest and fishing at Lake of the Woods. For those sports enthusiasts, there a many miles of groomed snowmobile trails accessible from our parking lot, tennis courts, a golf course, 3 indoor ice rinks, and walking trails. Come and visit the area during one of our annual events such as the Home Sport and Family Show, The County Fair, or the Scandinavian Festival.

Just down the road from The Dairy Queen. -- Directions -- Take Highway 11 from the west go into Roseau and on the right is the frontage road, take a right at the second frontage entrance. take a left onto the frontage road, we are half a block on the right. Take Highway 89 from the south, come into Roseau and go to Highway 11 turn left, on the left is the frontage road. Take a left at the second frontage entrance. Take a left onto the frontage road, we are half a block on the right.
