We made a reservation for a three bedroom villa. When we arrived a week later- around noon, we were told that the manager wasn't available to give us a key and asked if we could wait an hour. We ate lunch at the hotel then checked in and paid for our three bedroom villa. When we entered the villa it only had two bedrooms and a large room with a kitchenette and a small table-no couch, no chairs, no bed. There were large mold spots in the ceiling and broken slats in the closet doors. When we complained about the villa only having two bedrooms they tried to tell us that the large open area was also a bedroom. We did not accept that as an answer so then they told us that there were not any three bedroom villas available-two hours later. They expected us to pay for a three bedroom villa ($206 USD) and stick us in a dirty, partially furnished two bedroom villa. We asked for our money back, which they gave us, and we drove to the Gran Pacific and finally had a wonderful time!
