AMAZING VALUE: One of the best priced motels in the City - and an absolute joy to stay here. FREE PARKING always a plus in SF/ Nice location - Quiet Street - and very, very clean. Innkeepers were an absolute joy. Huge quiet rooms - Will stay here again...

Very clean, nice size rooms, good locality, close to transport, very helpful. Parking a little tight but OK. The service was excellent especially the greeting on arrival, very clean rooms with very good fittings, only two small blocks to tram and laundromat, overall a very pleasant stay.

Very conveniently located hotel with spacious room/bathroom. Parking your car free right under your room is fantastic and SAVES! Breakfast is very basic, but this is no problem as there is an Italian deli on the corner and various other similar facilities on Polkstreet, a very pleasant living neighbourhood. Fishermanswarf on a level 30 minute walk distance....downtownaboout same distance in the other direction.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in San Francisco. It was in an excellent spot between Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown, and although I was only there for a day we were able to do all of them. I also got up early in the morning to go running and it was close enough to chose an area to see without all the people. I stayed with a friend and the bed was huge, there was a refrigerator, and microwave, parking and the internet. I have never found a cheaper or better hotel to stay at in San Fran!

quite a walking distance (lots of hills) to Fisherman's Wharf and Lombard St. But hotel was nice and quiet and clean, with a liquor store nearby. No close restaurants though.

Location. It was not the motel rooms I reserved and parking insufficient. Just a motel. Nothing fancy. Rooms were ok but disappointing. No continental breakfast at the substituted motel.

Small hotel, with limited parking (more rooms than parking spaces). Rooms were great, very clean, well maintained. Free WiFi. The couple who manage the hotel are it's greatest asset. Patient with each and every guest, they took their time to make you feel welcome. Next time we're in San Francisco, we're heading here first!

Great for couples. A little hard to find. It was great parking was a little small but works if you have a small car. DVD player was a plus it would have been better if I knew before hand. Friendly.

First time traveler to S.F. This hotel/motel was easy to find and convient to all attractions. I was visiting the UCSF Medical center which was approx 3 miles away. The reasonable price and mom/pop operation of this establishment stood out. After a day of visiting different aeas,the free parking really became a major plus.

Spotless, well kept, very conveniently located, good value for the money, free parking! Seriously needs updating. Although it has been there for years, the place was spotless & very well maintained, with a refrigerator & microwave, coffee pot & continental breakfast. We selected it for its location, price, and free parking. The managers have been there for 19 years and were lovely, generous people who not only told us what to be sure to see, but especially where not to go (dangerous parts of town). It is in serious need of updating since the pink and blue tiles go back to the '70s, but if you can overlook that, it's a lovely place to stay!

It was extremely clean, and very comfortable. Parking. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didn't like was the parking. We have a SUV, and had a very tough time fitting in the garage.

Reserved a room with 2 queens for 3 nights, got a room with 1 king, then had me change rooms on my 3 rd night! No pool, limited parking. Had to park behind a car & leave my keys at the front desk! Good location, and room was old, but clean. Best point, parking was included.

Very Friendly/helpful staff - Very Clean rooms. Parking is a little tight. Had a great experience, was close to all the areas we wanted to visit & everyone was very friendly & helpful. Will stay again if in the area.

upon our arrival we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, they showed us all the points and interest on a map.My husband and I enjoyed our walk to the pier and all the shops. The one bad down fall with the wirelesee it was a hit and miss and really only worked by the office not in your room.We will stay there again next time have to go to city.
