What are your breakfast options?: We do offer breakfast in the hotel and the cost is £6.50 if it is included at the time of booking. If it is paid for in the morning, the price is £4.50 for Continental buffet and £7.50 for full English buffet. Breakfast runs from 7:00 am to 10:30 am on weekdays and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on weekends.
What transport is available to get around?: The centre of town is only about a 5 minute walk away, as is New Street Station where they have regular trains to and from the airport and most other locations in Birmingham. There is also a good bus network and Digbeth Coach Station is about a 15 minute walk away.
What can I do nearby?: We are in the centre of Birmingham, located about a 10 minute walk from the Bullring, and 5 minutes from Broad Street which is the main area for pubs & clubs. We are also about 10 minutes away from the N.I.A, and 5 minutes or so from the Symphony Hall and Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery.
Do you have internet?: We have Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel and it is complimentary for all our guests. We also have two computers on the upper mezzanine which are also available to use, free of charge.
Do you provide parking?: We have no on-site parking; there is a public 24 hour multi-storey car park opposite the property called the Crowne Plaza and Hyatt Regency Car Park and this costs approximately £13.50 for 24 hours. There is also pay and display outside the hotel which is free from 6:00pm to 8:00am and all day on Sundays and costs £2.50 per hour at any other time.
