Great Place for Quick StaySuffering from claustrophobia I was a little worried upon entering the room as it was so small.However, the very large widescreen TV has a 'virtual' window as a live webcam plays an image of the view as if there was a window in the wall so you very quickly become accustomed to the space being so small.The only thing I would criticise about the room was the lack of space to put your bags which had to go on the floor and meant with two of you in the room you were doing a dance around each other in order to get to the bathroom. Free internet access and free movies were provided which meant overall it was excellent value for money for an overnight stay.We would definitely stay again but for no more than two nights at a time.

GreatMust say it's a great idea, just the right space, free movies if you want them, central to town - although I did get lost on the way back but that was due to alcohol. Can be a little bit of noise coming from the hallways as the bed is so close to the door but that was only in the morning ... I think. Would defo stay again.

highly recommended group of us booked 3 rms to stay here to see P!NK at nia. staff were very friendly and happy to help. room, although small, which we expected, was very clean and had a remarkable amount of things in it for it's size. had no probs with nearby parking.only gripe from all of us was the tv. far too large for size of room, gave 2 of us migraines after an hour of watching.good price compared to hotels in area, could've included either parking charge or breakfast which many others did. all said would definately stay here again when in area

IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO ONLY COME BCAK TO THE HOTEL TO SLEEP!The hotel was great and situated right behind the mailbox & 5 mins walk from New Street Station. However, it was quite difficult to find so we had to ask the reception at another hotel for directions!The room itself is ideal for 1 person and a tiny bit cramped for 2. However, it is great if you do not spend a lot of time in your room and just go back there at the end of the evening.Free blockbuster movies are available on the widescreen TV but most of them were the films that went straight to DVD!There is no storage space so we had to live out of our suitcase which was stored under the bed.Also, there were no windows in the room so it gets quite hot after someone has had a shower or used the hairdryer (which is supplied by reception on request).Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you stay for a long weekend but its not ideal for a longer stay.

I had a great night's sleep at the nitenite in BirminghamI don't think that I have ever slept as well in a hotel and certainly not in Birmingham! THe silence was fabulous as was the shower head and water presssure. I love being able to have a room of my own and not have to share to save money. I will be staying in nitenite hotels whenever I can. My only slightly negative comment is that I almost needed reading glasses to focus on the large screen tv in such a small room!

Exactly what was required for a one night stay on business. Clean, simple, good value, no nonsense. Don't think I'd want to stay for any length of time or as a couple in the room but would happily come back under similar circumstances. Facilities were great porvided you can cope without a window in the room.

my stay at nite nitevery nice hotel friendly ultra modern, rooms quirky like on a ships cabin, fantastic plasma and webcam 2 the outside of the building was different, bed comfortable, walk in shower exellent, all in all its a good hotel, ok rooms on the small side but its got everything you need, air con also good but no windows...parking i parked brunel car park £8.60 for the day which i thought was good value, and not 2 far 2 walk, you can pay up to £18 a day 2 park so keep that in mind...free internet access and papers nice touch..and the films that were showing were brilliant,

Almost all the rooms in this hotel are identical and can be described as pod-like 6 sqm compartments into which, a double bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, dressing table, and shower room and toilet are neatly squeezed in. Unless you have an acute fear of tight spaces, this is a very cosy and comfortable setup which is ideal as a base to use to explore the surrounding city. You won't want to spend too much time there if you need to move around because there is barely enough space to walk, however, if you enjoy slipping into bed and opting for one of the complimentary films, then you won't be disappointed.The staff are friendly and very helpful.

A great place for a business traveller, staying alone - for a single night. No windows or outside perspective can be a bit close, but it is a bit like staying in a first class sleeper on a train. Small, compact, and functional. I will stay here again

This hotel privides you a very clean room. The room is super compact but that is what I needed just for the night. Only one thingis that the noise of air con kept me awake but apart from that all over experience was great. Very friendly staff and superb location!

Very small, but very clean, and very modern, lovely wash room! i broke the room card and the receptionist was fine with it! and just gave me another one. Had to get the hairdryer from reception but once returned so was the deposit - that was put on the bill...almost forgot!

Good value, especially if you're not having to hang around in the room. The lack of window will not be to everyone's taste and the desk is too small for anything other than briefly checking email. However, there is adequate space elsewhere in the hotel for desk work. The staff were courteous, efficient and helpful and I felt welcome.

perfectly suited to my requirements as a young business traveller. rooms were very small but all on reflection all that was required. stylish, modern. breakfast was ok, but relatively pricey. close to the centre. and conference centres. big tv, free internet. good price. highly recommended.

Range of food for breakfast was an issue for me. Too limited, and given the charging costs and works out quite costly when you add it all up. Pricing of tea per cup cf. what you'd normally get at an hotel and guest house with 'no limit' to this.I guess it's great for younger people or family groups on a budget.The rooms were really small, and absence of even a small window is a real issue for me, as you feel hemmed in. But again I guess if you are just using it to put your head down, fine. Large Plasma TV', rather 'in your face' was a bit over the top with poor colour didn't entice me to watch.... Sorry!

Good fun - watching the grey sunrise on the TV - great idea. Not for multipul nights as it is small but everything that is promised. Fun and neat. :-)

Although very compact (think slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin) the room was of an excellent standard. Very clean and modern, free internet in the lobby, staff very friendly and helpful. May not suit those with claustrophobia as there are no windows in the rooms but this was a perfect stopover for business or a night out in town. Excellent value for money, will stay again.

The room was very modern but very small, think contemperary but small japanese hotel room and you will be there (mentally that is.) I prefer small and cosy which is ideal for short stay but not long. Good price for the night but I personally thiought it was a bit cheecky when they wanted to charge £7.99 me for watching a Will Smith. The wet room/ bathroom was nice with nice fittings but if you have major chostraphic attacts stay away as this room will send you over the edge.
