Nothing. It was depressing. It was extremely overpriced. Would have been cleaner & more enjoyable in my tent.

Clean.... about 10 minutes from the University of Oregon However, I would not call a microwave and a 'dorm-size' refrigerator a ""kitchenette""... No ice other than the tray of 10 mini-ice cubes in the freezer.

The family running the facility was very friendly and personable. There was very little to like here. The room was dingy and extremely small, there was no place to put luggage other than on the floor, no place to hang anything. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress sagged in the middle and the bedding came off in the night. There was a plumbing leak in the room, so the carpet was wet and there seemed to be water under the tiles in the bathroom as well.

We needed a place to stay for the weekend. The other hotels were sold out. It was clean. The building was run down, the rooms were small. If you need a room and all the other hotels are sold out, it's a place to lay your head. It was clean. The place needs to be updated.

It was inexpensive. It could have been cleaner. The service was fine, but the drawer in the night stand was dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable and the TV worked. Overall it was sufficient to take care of my needs.

This place is considered cheap for the area. However, it is really dirty inside and much of the things inside need remodeling. The bathroom is dirty and the beds are very uncomfortable. They don't even provide a chair in the room and no ice machine. I strongly advise you to stay somewhere else, perhaps a chain motel instead.
