Hotel environment is safe for children to run around. Responsible lifeguard on duty at children play pool. We even had a surprise complimentary upgrade for our room.

Nikko Bali offers great overall value. The club facility and service were superb.

Nikko Bali is a big resort with very nice view of the beach. It's kind of "old" compared to other resorts in same area. With the price I paid, I would try some other resorts if room still available.

Beautiful beach setting, however the location is quite far from all the action and the rooms' facilities are getting old. During my stay, I had trouble with a toilet that wouldn't flush (I had to change rooms because of it) and with the room light activator (the slot where you insert the door card to turn on lights) - it was falling apart such that the door card would fall out of the slot and the lights would turn off. The Japanese restaurant onsite had fantastic food, but the buffet food at the pub was not worth the super steep price.

First impressions- luxurious surrounds, water features abound, views of the ocean from most restaurants, excellent quality especially in their great value all u can eat Sushi Restaurant. Brekkie buffet everyday so much to choose. the staff r professional and very friendly, return guests are graciously welcomed, the night club is usually empty as most guests go out on the town but if you have a group your well entertained with bands on other nights as well as pool /karaoke. The rooms are excellent & freezing air-con but be sure to get a room in the Tower which have 14 floors all with ocean or pool views. the ground floor of the tower has a meandering pool for private use which means you step out of your balcony straight into the pool! It's pools all inter-connect via waterfalls, also they have 2 giant spas both very private the hot spa in a grotto opposite the beach, water activities everyday like aerobics & volleyball, soccer games& tennis. For the kids there's the camel rides (not free)& a great water slide and kids club. The beach-clean blue waters and white sand, its private and free from hockers &patrolled. I've been to many of the hotels in Nusa Dua and this is arguably the best hotel there, most of the other hotels beaches got out with the tide and yr left wading in hot ankle deep water but here the water's deep and cool. You'll find surfers just 50m up the beach if yr keen. Great for families, couples or even get married here they've got a brand new chapel with spectacular views. Just a 3min cab ride to Nusa Dua Village with Sogo Dept Store & Rest's galore, bike hire and tour ops. Out of the hustle and bustle & worth it!

it's really nice resort but missing some facilities, some services must be provided for free or in low price like the internet service which is chargeable with high price a mini supermarket must be also available but unfortunately there is not and if you need food or stuff or some important thing like SIM card for the mobile you need to get into the city to find it , it's quit place I really like it and it's really recommended for families

The beach here is probably the best in Nusa Dua, very secluded, but that is also the downside of the hotel, being very difficult to walk anywhere nearby, so you are actually hostage to the facility. Beach Cafe is excellent, but sometimes you want some cheaper local variety. We stayed in a 2nd floor room and an 8th floor Ocean View. I would definitely spurge for the higher floors, it felt like a different hotel, much brighter and quieter. Both rooms had issues with toilet flushing and the staff is ok but not superb.

Didn't really quite like the room decor. Not Balinese enough. Bathroom was a bit simple and below standard. Beds are not generous and one is slightly higher than the other, had to shift the bed together so it's a bit odd for couple. Didn't worth the price we were paying.
