We loved it just as much as the kids ... there's so many activites that there is no need to leave the resort. We only had one issue ... We killed a roach everyday by the TV in the kids room :o(

The Nickelodeon hotel was friendly from check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was always willing to answer any requests for supplies or directions to eateries. I will use Nickelodeon for future stays.

Do you like kids everywhere ?, Do you like to be charged high prices for everything? Do you like to walk long distances from your car? Do you like average quality rooms for a high price?. If you do stay here. On the other hand is a place for kids and your kids will love it. In fact it will probably be there favorite hotel ever. My kids never wanted to leave. There pools are good but overcrowded, but the kids loved them and especially the slim. I do have to give kudos to the life guards they were on top of things. The rooms were of average quality, we had a sponge bob suite. It was kool that there was a seperate living area, and a bed room for the kids, and multiple TVs but the ones in the bedrooms were lacking in clarity. But be warned almost everything is extra, except swimming in the pools. What the call a mall is not. What it is , is a very bad immitation of a food court in a mall, with a poor and somewhat expensive selection of food. Its better than nothing. Again this is not a place to go and relaxl, but a place to go so your kids can just go crazy (with you in tow), and have a great time. So if you have the money, and want to give your younger kids a treat, than go, it is a lifetime experience, but if you want any semblance of peace and quiet stay away.

We traveled with a 2 year old and a 13 year old. Lot's of activities for both ages. The pools are definately the best feature of this hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were shocked to find no dishes or utensils in the room. We called and were told they only provide them for the 3 bedroom suites, but they would be happy to bring us up some paper plates and plastic ware. This place is huge, so depending where your room is, it could be a long walk to the pools and restaraunts. Eating there is very expensive, but everything in this area is so it wasn't too surprising. The hotel does provide shuttle service to theme parks, but I do wish we had rented a car so we could eat off site and come and go as we please and not have to wait for the bus to pick us up. Overall very happy with our stay, the pool area is fantastic.

It was ok but way too busy for us, unsafe at time due to number of kids getting slimmed in the pool etc. Some of the staff at Subway and other rest. A little rude. Lot's to do and would probably recommend for children 8 and up.

This was a family vacation for me, my husband, and 3 kids, ages 2, 4, and 14, we have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row, and each time we love it even more, my kids had a great time. We did the charactor breakfast, it is pricey but is well worth it, my kids got to eat breakfast with all the favorite nick charactors( dora, diego, spongebob, fairy odd parents) etc. The waterslides are awesome, poolside activites my kids loved it, my oldest son was able to particpate in one of the activites and he was able to get slimmed, is not real slime it is green water, but it was still fun for him and fun for the other kids to watch. I had a 2 bedroom suite the suites are small, its really just one bedroom space that was section off into 2 rooms. The parking was always full each time we came back from amusment parks never anywhere to park. There were alot of fun things for my kids to do but all at a costly price, the hotel stay it self cost enough money, that all the fun things like charactor breakfast, tattoos, hair braiding should be at no cost, or at better cost. All and all this hotel is awesome and i would stay again, just make sure you bring lots and lots of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel is very nice, well kept. One pool park was closed for renovations and the available pool was closed inexplicable for 2 hours in prime time 5pm-7pm window. All character stuff (e.g. photos) costs exorbant amounts of money even though hotel rooms are hundreds of dollars per night. Young lifeguard staff with poor judgment. One of them pushed my 4 year old (who does not know how to swim) off the side into the pool without warning. She was traumatized.

This hotel is ideal for a family with children. This hotel needs renovations, the hardware in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the housekeeping staff was not accommodating, it was extremely loud and the restaurants were for children only.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member and given directions to our room. We paid extra to have a room by the pool. The kids loved the hotel. You can stay all day in the hotel and always have something to do. The only thing negative was the time share sales pitch at the guest services desk. Everything else was great!

This is a great hotel for families. The staff were fabulous (gave free upgrade) and they truly cater to kids. We would skip the $20/plate buffet character breakfast next time, but there are other choices. The $20/night resort fee was a little bit of a surprise considering the price of the room. Also, there are many activities that require additional registration fees. We would definitely go again, though. Our daughter had a fantabulous time. The water park features were amazing and the pools were open until 11 pm.

Other than the cartoon things and u barely see the live ones - way overpriced, I paid much higher for 2 days with the worst room with the worst view and they give u nothing free, not even water. Food, rooms, souvenirs etc.

It was the first day of our stay in Florida. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was right on the ball. The lifeguards were always watchful and pleasant. We would be back in a second!
