When we got to the hotel they updated us to a 2 bedroom which at the time was great, but when we got to the room they never told us that there was no kitchen in the 2 bedrooms. We planned on doing some meals in the room while we stayed. We also booked a full week and thought there would be enough to do for a full week to keep our son entertained. We paid $25.to take him to the Bikini Beach Party and it was 1/2 hour. We also went to a 4D movie for $6-8 dollars a person and the movie was 15 minutes long. At the Pool the staff makes the "slime" sound like a great experience however when we went to that pool for the Slime it was green water that poured on about 15 kids and that was it for the day. After about 3 days we were bored and so was our son. The pool was great and the breakfast with the characters was very nice. It would of been a better place to stay for only 3 nights instead of a full week. The employees at check in were helpful and the employees who work in the Nick Cafe were very nice; however the employees who work at the other eating areas at the hotel were not very pleasant.

You did not have to leave the hotel. It was a vacation in itself.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Both pools were heated although b/c of the off-season, one of the pools were closed during the week. Good customer service and nice to have arrays of food options. Beware of children activities fees however take advantage of free children activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have had a better time. The activities were endless and although we had to pay for some, it was worth it. My kids loved spongebob's bikini bottom bash. The pool area was beautiful and so much fun, especially the daily slime. My only disappointment was how expensive it is for the actual sliming. The room was big and clean and included everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The money was well worth it. I can't wait to go back.

Kids had a blast. We enjoyed the hotel and was good. Hotel was very close to Disney.

Could be a little cleaner...our room had some mold but they switched us...be prepared to spend several hours checking in. Overall kids love it and it easy and the smaller pool was heated to like 85! The characters at meet and greet in the mall are great and friendly and take time for each child....very pleased!

Rooms, location, and activities. All employees were excellent, except the boss of the customer service section, I do not understand that. Excellent. Recommended. Great for kids.

The fact that my room had a separate room with bunk beds for the kids. The mattress in the bunk beds were uncomfortable. I felt a little unnerved during the buffet breakfast when I was told that I had to pay fifty five dollars. I was under the assumption that it was free just as it was when I stayed the first and second time. Then I was told that it was only free if I had a pass which no one at the information center knew nothing about! Overall our experience was pleasant. This was my third trip to this hotel and the kids always seem to enjoy themselves.

We loved our stay at the Nick suites. Stayed in Orlando before and hands down, the best hotel for children!

Exceeded our expectation! Great service and nice rooms. Wearing that room key strap on my hand for 3 days. Great room and service. Overall awesome. Me and all the family a total of (19) of us had a great time and loved the hotel, the am and water park.

Fun hotel. Mold on soap bars. Customer service was great. Loved that it was right off of I-4.

Our stay in our room was horrible! The phone and movie system was "temporarily shut-down". The refrigerator made an annoying clicking sound the entire night and the faucet in the living room area continuously dripped. A technician was notified and came in a timely matter. However, none of our problems were resolved. We complained to the manager, but she said there was nothing she could do to help us! We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay; however, the water park and character breakfast was nice.

Great family resort. Everything a little over priced. Great family hotel. You really never have to leave. They have a variety of food, great water park for younger kids, and the staff was great.

We stayed 8 days from April 04/04-04/11 the water park was nice but for the money we spent I could have taken my family to a nicer hotel. The kids had a good time. They need to spend some of the money they are making and FIX THE PLACE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rooms were average at best, we go to Florida every year and I know we will look for a better place to stay next year.

The rooms were great. Way too crowded, very overwhelming, rest. choices limited. It was ok but way too busy for us, unsafe at time due to number of kids getting slimmed in the pool etc. Some of the staff at Subway and other rest. A little rude. Lot's to do and would probably recommend for children 8 and up.

The place is a bit run down, the food is poor quality, customer service horrible, beds are super hard. While we were there a child had a seizure in the hotel and they were not able to help the family, they tried getting a ambulance or cab(the family) but they couldn't, the hotel staff was very uncaring, if I was that childs parents I would sue. Yes the water park is nice

I liked the location to Disney and the kitchen in the room. They played music outside in the pool area until 9pm even if nobody was there. Clean, kid friendly, close to Disney. Having a kitchen was great.

BE advised, the pool is heated but all of the waterslide areas are NOT heated. We were there during first week of April and the kids froze to death in the water it was ICE cold. Not an activity to do in weather less than 75 degrees at least! Also, parking is tough to come by especially coming back late at night, you may have to park really far away...there is definitely not enough parking for all of the guest rooms in proximity to the rooms. King mattress in parents room is really bad quality, but most of us know, traveling with kids you won't get a lot of sleep anyway so it doesn't matter that much.
