Hotel manager was able to understand I needed refrigerator so he brought one in the room. Shower curtain was not full enough so water ran out on the bathroom floor; 4 people stayed provision for 2 people. There was no refrigerator and microwave in room. Requested the clerk to get one and I was told to contact his dad after couple of hours. I requested and begged his dad to get refrigerator and microwave after couple of hours. I received refrigerator but did not received microwave. Rooms are very small, air conditioner makes too loud sound from all rooms. Shower does not contain bath tub. Shower curtain is small in length so bathroom floor gets wet. We were 4 adults and 1 child, we were given 2 towels, 2 pillows, etc. just for 2 people stay.

We saw the room and went somewhere else to stay. Did not like anything about the hotel. It was dirty and small. We did not stay there. We stayed at a Comfort Inn down the street.

It was very clean. It was very small. It was very small and also clean. The remote on TV did not work. They did not offer any shampoo and conditioner. There was no bath mat for the floor and only gave you 2 towels. Overall visit was good and it was a place to sleep only.

Oh my, it's so horrible, the worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed at. I can write the whole page explaining how horrible this Niagara Inn is. The room (with 2 beds) is so small. The pillows and the blankets are so dirty. The shower? Unbelievable, you can barely take a shower because the water is so low like you're in a steam room or something. It didn't even have a tub for a 2 stars hotel? I would not give this hotel any star at all. It is worst than a motel. Oh one more thing. It didn't even have air conditioning in the room. It only had the one that stick through the window.

The only good thing was the receptionist who guided us. Low quality. To whom it may concern: this inn in my opinion should be rebuild or redecorated sincerely.

Definitly not clean. This hotel is hideous you should send someone from your sales departement their so you realise exactly what your selling.

I liked that it was not too far from downtown. I Didn't Like the service, or the room. First they told us that we had the wrong place, they had no clue about our reservation. They gave us the wrong room, told us someone else bought our room earlier and pretty much made it seem like our fault. The bathroom, Jacuzzi and towels were FILTHY and gave an excuse that some one rented it earlier and left complaining about cockroaches, meanwhile they had used the room. People yelling all hours of the night and morning outside in the parking lot. Was not a pleasant stay. Definitely would not return.

It was the lowest price we could get. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. It was the lowest priced hotel we could find that had space in Niagara Falls at the time we wanted to be there. We got what we paid for -- a small stinky room.
