The Newport Beach Hotel & Suites is the only hotel in Newport with a beachfront. The hotel overlooks Newport Beach, and the famous Cliff Walk, a three and a half mile path along the Eastern shore of Newport that is a National Designated Recreation Trail. The hotel is one mile to the many shops, cafes, museums and theaters in downtown Newport. The Newport Beach Hotel & Suites is roughly 35 miles from Providence International Airport.

Guests will discover that the Newport Beach Hotel & Suites has more than 50 rooms which feature mahogany furniture.
