Wow! Where do I begin? I was totally dissatisfied with my stay here! My brother got married here and had a "block" of rooms. So we were all spread to each corner of the motel unlike other "blocks of rooms" I have stayed in. It would have been nice to have everyone a little closer! Upon check-in, there was major confusion on my main floor room and that it was rented out. After25 minutes, the card from the person the day before had not gotten pulled and the room was in fact, ready for check-in. I had to sign a paper stating that we would not smoke in our room, but we found burnt matches on the floor evident someone had as our room had an aweful odor to it. The hallways reeked. I asked about the pool and it is $10 per person no matter the age. I would have to pay $50 for myself and husband to take our 3,2 and 11 mth old swimming? We looked at the pool and it was not worth the cost nor did I see anyone ever going or coming from there. The "free breakfast" can get you. You are only allowed yogurt or dry cereal. There are no signs posted, but someone will run up to you if you take a piece of toast to charge you $7 or $8. It was very disturbing to see the leftover wedding food on the Sunday morning buffet. I guess they are just trying to make as much money as possible! I will NEVER stay in this hotel again and will be telling EVERYONE I know about the horrible experience!! They do nothing to try to make you happy and certainly are not worried about screwing you over!

We have stayed at a hotel in Columbus on the 4th of July weekend for the past 7 years. I have been very disappointed with the cleaniless and security of every hotel. The staff was great and accommodating, the beds were comfy-rooms were outdated which made it seem dingy-but that is to be expected in Columbus. I was disappointed that the doors didn't lock. The reason I switched hotels (for the 5th time) was that the other hotel ducked tape the door open so that the homeless people could eat the free breakfast in the morning...well we got back to the hotel around midnight and we didn't need to use our key to get into the hotel-maybe it was broken...anyway if you have to stay in Columbus-this is the best one so far.
