| Found the hotel to be excellent in every way particularly the location which is A plus. Couldn't be in a better position. Staff always attempted to assist even though English was sometimes difficult but did not cause any real problem. Only slightly disappointing thing was that pool was out of action at time of visit. Breakfasts superb. |

| If the rate that was quoted was for the lower end hotel, it should have been stated at the time of reservation. The hotel manager was not apologetic or courteous. He made us feel like we were cheating them! We ended up paying the higher rate. If not for that we would have been reasonably satisfied with this hotel, except for one other problem that the bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like you were sleeping on the box spring or bottom frame of a set of mattress. |

| A pleasant stay in a well located hotel was overshadowed by rude staff in the restaurant, food under cooked, and a system that you had to pay for every service and not sign even though I had given my credit card at check-in to cover costs over and above the room charges. |
