The staff members are very friendly and courteous. The food is great... I will eat here again! The view from the balcony was awesome but our room was beyond livable. It is snuffy, itchy and not allergy friendly. There were openings with electrical wires hanging, meldew on the tiles in the bathroom. Actually, the entire bathroom is gross. The television is in an spot that is dangerous to one's head. The bolt on the door appears to be a death trap or a disaster waiting to happen. In the event of a fire heaven help you if you are not awake cause the only way out of the room is with a key access! No knobs to turn on the door... sort of like a dead bold lock cause you need a key to open and close the door from both inside and outside. We paid for two nights but end up checking out during the first night. I will not stay at this hotel again cause it I feel it is a waste of money. The furnitures are old, dusty and funky smelling. I believe we were given a room that was under rennovation... I hope management would read this review and the review of others and at least try to improve the quality of the rooms... the location is great but the rooms are FUNKY! Rose New York, USA

"This hotel is not 10 miles from the airport as listed, it is more like 40 miles. The rooms there are small, stuffy and not adequately furnished. The bed clothes should be discarded. The place is questionable. I had to leave the very next day. I would not stay there again. "
