THANK YOU FOR THE NICE STAFF NATALIA AND VINCENT. LE MEILLEUR HOTEL VRAIMENT QUE J AI RESERVE AVEC VENERE. UN STAFF TRES TRES BIEN . MERCI BEAUCOUP. |

It was just O.K. Foul smells in bath area; no comfortable public area; no a.c. in rm. as advertised; very, very small rms.; no place to store clothes outside suitcase. We stayed 2 days, and have chosen to stay elsewhere for our 2 days next week.

This is a very nice hotel in a good area. My only gripe is that there is no air con' in the rooms. If it's hot hot hot outside then you will know about it. The street outside is reasonably noisy (although there are few cars) so having a window open is not an option. Staff are friendly (in France!) and helpful. Breakfast is fine. It is quite expensive though, you will like this hotel more if you are not paying for it yourself!

The hotel was great, however there was no air condition. I would not stay there again, especially in the summer!!!

a pleasant stay, but it was only 1 night. quiet neighborhood. many cafe's in the area. good location on metro 1 & very easy to get to all area's of tourist attractions.certainly stay again when visiting Paris.although the room was on the small side for a twin it was ok, the room was a bit warm. air conditioning would be a plus, but a fan would be helpful if no air conditioning.

If you're looking for spacious rooms this hotel is NOT for you. However, if you're after a convenient place to stay while exploring Paris, it's great. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the metro, the trains are very frequent, every 3mins or so. The neighbourhood is very nice. Even if you're coming back to hotel very late the area is well lit and safeThe street is quiet, with nice little shops. We did not eat at the hotel, but there are lots of nice cafes and brasseries around. Some tips about the area: As you approach metro, on your right, there is an absolutely great pattisserie, so if you want to take away some macaroons, it's best to do it there, they are very nice and much cheaper than in the center or at the airport. Accross the road from the metro station there is also a big supermarket, great for snacks and sweets. There is also a market literally 2min walk from the hotel (definitely on Sunday, not sure about other days), with a huge variety of freshly baked breads (baguettes with olives, basil, sundried tomatos... yum!), and cheeses.I definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place if you're staying over the weekend (because it's half price), on other days though, you might feel like you overpaid, since the rooms are quite small and probaly it would be nice if they redecorated the hotel soon.
