The room is too small, we had huge spider in the room

I am generally happy with the hotel except for two things: 1. My room was next to the lift and the noise kept waking me up. 2. The poor wall soundproofing led to annoying sounds from the bathroom of the room next door.

Very nice place to stay in... The only disadvantage is that sound insulation is not that good.... You can easely hear if smb sneeze next room. But, if we mind the price, it doesn't really matter.

The location was great and close to trams and only minutes away from the city center. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok and our bed was really comfortable too. This hotel is old but kept clean and things are basic but decent and comfortable.

The size of the room and the bathroom were ridiculously small. The staff could be more friendly and helpful. The restaurant food also leaves a lot to be desired for dinner, but the gentleman was very friendly. The ladies who do the breakfast were delightful. There is a lift once you get into the hotel, but you have to carry your suitcases up the 6 big steps at the front door first. The one thing the hotel has going for it is the location and availability of public transport practically at the door. So easy to get into town on the tram.

The location wasnt bad but still had to take tram to get to the city. The only problem was the restaurant in the hotel which didnt work on new years eve and every where else was closed!!!!!!!!!

Very good location in relation to the main train station (10 mins on a tram!). Good restaurant attached to the hotel.
