Nether Grange is located in the centre of the quiet harbour village of Alnmouth in Northumberland. The Country House, designated as non-smoking, has 34 bedrooms, equipped with a hairdryer, clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Flatscreen TVs are provided in the bedrooms. Non en-suite bedrooms are also available. The Country House has a large lounge with stunning sea views and the croquet lawn extends the length of the house to an attractive elevated terrace overlooking a golf course and the beach. Guests can relax in the bar, lounge and conservatory. Accommodation through LateRooms is on a BandB basis. A choice of full English or continental breakfast is offered. A three-course dinner is available on request at a price of £22.95 and served at 7.30pm. Please contact the house if you wish to have dinner on your night of arrival. All meals are served in an informal, friendly atmosphere at tables for up to 10 guests. Street parking is subject to availability. Please notify the Country House in advance if you intend to arrive after 10.30pm. Bedrooms are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The Country House is an excellent base for those on an activity or walking holiday interested in discovering Northumberland's Heritage Coast or Coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Other nearby attractions include Bamburgh Castle, Cragside House and the holy island of Lindisfarne.
