Description:
Occupies a wonderful position in this quiet village overlooking the sea.Nether Grange began life as a granary and the Country House accommodation retains much of its old character. It stands in the centre of the quiet harbour village of Alnmouth, in the Northumberland Coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has choice views. A croquet lawn extends the length of the house to a delightful sun terrace and patio overlooking a golf course and the beach. There are cafes, pubs and shops in the village.There are 29 Bedrooms at Nether Grange. Single, Twin and Family rooms are available. Youll find complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and clock radio in each room. Televisions and telephones are not provided in the bedrooms. Two Lounges and lounge bar.The hotel is ideally suited to guests on activity holidays especially walking. Dining is communal with evening meals available at 7.00pm - please arrive before 6.30pm and if possible advise estimated time of arrival.

Transportation:
Take A1 to Alnwick. From Alnwick take A1068 south. At Hipsburn roundabout turn left on to B1338 and right at Alnmouth roundabout. Continue down Northumberland Street and turn left into Peases Lane. House is on the left.

| Th hotel was very satusfactory in all aspects, although where to park the car requires more information. |

| Very friendly, made to feel very welcome. Great location for a walk in the evening on the beach and some nice pubs in the village. Used by groups on week long walking holidays so I was the only person there as B&B. |

| The room was fine but lacked a TV, which was unusual in this day and age. The group table arrangement for breakfast was not my thing either. The hotels style was of an "inclusive" nature, which was not obvious in the laterooms information. |
