The Inn's location is fantastic, a short beach walk to dining, shopping and Times Sq. yet far enough away to not be "in the fray". Rooms and grounds are very clean, furnishings nice. The room we had directly faced the ocean - view was perfect from sunrise to sunset. The ONLY thing that was less than great is that the walls seem a bit thin when considering the room rate.

The stay at the Neptune Inn was the high point of our vacation in Ft. Meyers Beach. The front desk employees were helpful, and most courteous. The rooms were spotless and decorated in a modern style. It was easy to feel at home. There were two pools with one heated for those chilly winter days. The beach was adjacent to the pools and beckoned all to a swim or walk along the pristine sand. We walked to nearby restaurants and for our morning bloody mary! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Having lived in florida years a go we couldnt wait to bring our 3 yr old daughter to visit the area and let me tell you... the trip was fantastic, the neptune was perfect ... great rooms yds from the beach and pools... everyone was so friendly and the location was perfect... you could grille out right on the beach and eat at the tables tooo... perfect for our daughter as well she loved the pool and we walked up the the square at least 3 x a day to enjoy an ice cream or treat. I stayed at the ** in June with some friends and the Neptune would have been better because you dont feel like you are in a cement room since the rooms lead right out to the facility... If i could have changed one thing it would have been to have hot tubs on site... but truly a great place and time and will go back.

Our experience at the Neptune Inn was just great! The desk was friendly and most helpful. Roon service was exemplary. Bath cleaned, sink, dishes, pots and pans washed, beds made and sheets changed, and carpets cleaned. What more can you ask. The grounds were well groomed, pools and sunning areas were very well kept. Our standards were met just fine. The only thing missing was a continental breakfast.

this hotel was great. all the rooms are next to the pool and only steps from the beach. the staff was very attentive and friendly. you couldnt ask for anything more. i have already suggested some of my friends to look into staying here on their next vacation. the location was fabulous. just a few short blocks away you could go to what would be considered the fort myers downtown area. where there are PLENTY of tourist shops and great themed restaurants. this hotel is definitely worth going to on more than one occasion and at this price it is a steal!!!!

We were confined to the old side of the hotel in a, hardly updated needed room with smelling carpet . In our parking space was hard to open the drivers side doors because the garbage tanks. No matter what the one just in front of our room was empty the whole weekend .when mi wife asked to move because our two less than 3 years kids and the smelling carpet to the shining rooms of the other side just 5 min we step in the room they say ? that?s what you got be cause you book it trough Travelocity, next time call direct to the hotel, ?.also the biggest pool was closed resulting in a cloudy small one. And we were told in an impolite manner to keep closed the room door or well be charged with the electricity bill. Over all the room was smelly but clean, the beach nice also most of the staff . we leave early morning Sunday, is hard to keep little kids closed in a small room.

Our room was clean and spacious. Two queen size beds and a sleeper couch provided ample room for my wife and I and our 3 children. The beach was clean and beautiful. The pool area was also very well kept. Will return again!

We absolutely loved this place. Walking distance to the square, shops on the way. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Beautiful landscape, two pools, beach clean and perfect. Can't wait to go back next year.

Neptune Inn is a charming older 2 story hotel on Ft. Myers Beach. My room had separate living and bedroom areas with a small refrig, stove and kitchenware. There are 2 pools and only 1 was heated. Internet is available in the lobby only, where there is a computer for guest use [free]. The Inn is directly on the a white sand beach Gulf beach. The area has the feel of a 50's beach town, quiet, unspoiled with few franchise outlets... A nice change of pace.

The room was clean and very close to the beach. Very enjoyable stay. Met several very nice people that said that they came to this place year after year.

A 1960'S style motel that has been gutted then completely remodeled Rooms have nice modern bathrooms and kitchinettes - a great value for the money overall, you won't be dissapointed. There is plenty of great beachfront here for a relaxing vacation or W.E. getaway. A word of warning - Ft. Myers is more Mayberry than Las Vegas so don't expect too much excitement. The Lighthouse Tiki bar is pretty decent. For upscale dining go to Sanibel Island though. The Neptune Inn has a nice laid back "feel" to if but is thoroughly modern where it needs to be. I've paid a lot more for a lot less.

Perfect time for going to Ft. Myers. The Neptune Inn was very clean. The staff was friendly and very busy. Always cleaning the grounds and rooms. Loved the view of the Gulf from both our room and the two pools. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.

We have stayed at the Neptune in the past and loved every minute we were there. With the remodel it's even better. Great places to eat within walking distance and BBQ at the pool when you don't feel like leaving the beach. Always met nice people when we stayed there.
