Nemo Bed & Breakfast offers rooms in the hart of Amsterdam , located in 20 min walk to the Central Station , offering access to all the traditional buzz and excitement of City. It's only 15 minutes walking distance to the Dam Square , through the old part of Amsterdam , Red Lights District , to the site of the Royal Palace , Museums and Parks , which are also within walking distance of 5 to 10 min. The Botanical Garden and a small park you can see from the windows of the house. There is no breakfast , but your privet kitchen with all in.. Bedroom has a twin or a double bed , a bathroom with a shower or bath , and one or two toilets. The spacious and bright living area provides a double sofa bed , coffee table , dining area and a TV , with a DVD player and a WI-FI connection. Mind the steep stairs of this property , the rooms are located on different floors , please send the request if steep stairs are a problem. Some apartments have a ice canal view , and some are looking at the garden inside the back of the house. One or two apartments have an exit to that garden area. Please note: -We do not accept credit card payments . -There is City Tax 5% on top of the amount for your reservation. -You are due to pay the total amount in cash form in order to check in. -For the Bookings on Holidays is a prepayment of 20% of the total amount ( bank transfer ) required to guarantee the booking. In case of a no-show the prepayment is non-refundable. For cancellations : in 72 hours prior , for Holidays reservations 14 days prior.
