| appartement sale et dégradé, très bruyant, près d'un chantier loin de tout, nous avons demandé le nettoyage de l'appartement mais ils ne sont pas venus, alors le lendemain nous avons demandé un autre appartement au 2éme étage au fond du couloir pour être tranquille et là ce fut mieux. de plus le ménage n'est pas inclus dans le prix soit nous payons le ménage soit nous devons le faire, je suis étonnée car ils se disent hôtel donc ménage inclus. |

| Excellent apartment for that price but very dirty and several broken things like shower, AC wall outlets and furniture doors. Seems that no one checks when guests depart. |

| I was traveling with my wife. Our reception was adequate, since Frau Neamat was not at the desk. Frau Neamat is very efficient, very helpful and drew our atention to the fact that we had overpaid. A very customer-friendly act. I would definitely say that a studio is only for one person, since the sofa bed is very small. A big minus is that the internet access DOES NOT WORK. The chain on the shower head needs to be replaced. It is too short and this was the only apartment available, so we couldn't move to another room. The kitchen nees some normal size coffe cups, not just expresso. I would say since Neméa is so close to the tech park that it would be idea for business people, however since internet access doesn't work, that's a big minus for business travelers. Neméa really needs to fix that situation. |

| We stayed for a few days in Nemea to see Cote-d'Azur (we rent a car). The place is ideal if you travel by car. It is very quiet and beautiful (mountain view). Our appartment included two rooms, bathroom, toilet, balcony. Underground parking. Kitchenette was very nice: electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toster. There were no electric teakettle, so we made tea in microwave oven. No hairdryer. No cleaning. It is impossible to check-in from 12 to 16 p.m. - no staff on reception at this time. Furniture is very simple and strict style (Ikea). As a whole our staying was very nice. |

| Directions to the hotel should include the access sign number to follow Rooms were clean yet small Be sure to follow directions on cleaning your room on the elevator door Please travel into Biot to the village - a beautiful vista |

| Very quiet area. Near highway and Carrefour supermarket. Rooms are nice but very, very small. Poolwater is not (?) cleaned by a filter. So the water quality is very poor. |

| Our accommodation was very comfortable and spacious; however, we were not warned when booking on the internet that we had to pay on arrival for this accommodation. On a previous visit, this had not been required. On site, there is a pleasant swimming pool and the complex has laundry facilities for guests (tokens to be purchased at Reception). It is a little way out of Antibes and, initially, difficult to locate. We were on an extended European holiday, with return travel between Sydney, Australia and Nice Airport |
