| Staff were friendly. A problem with noise from a small service room next to mine was dealt with effectively, and I was offered another (and actually better) room. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but by no means outstanding. Overall, however, the hotel was good value and Rijeka is a city definitely worth a visit. |

| For a one star hotel, Neboder exceeded expectations. Great view on the ocean side, balcony with the room and clean and well kept bathroom. Some of the furniture was shabby, but the staff was super helpful when it came to sights in the area. Warning: if you're going to Rijeka for beachs, they're sparse... but the city is beautiful and still worth seeing. The one beach we found was uncrowded and even had a waterslide. |
