Townhome layouts make you feel like you have a house on the beach. Nautical Watch is perfect for families who want to be close enough to everything, but far enough to be able to enjoy the peace and serenity the emerald coast can deliver... beach and quiet. In addition, Nautical Watch has optional "loft villas" that are designed with kids and parents, in mind.

Secutiry Deposit - $300.00 per unit - refundable or a 45$ damage waiver insurance policy (non refundable).
