It was a good overnight place to stay. I would not stay there for a week get a way. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent there. If you enjoy history and outdoor activities then this is a convient place to stay to all of the local attractions.

In good location close to attractions, free parking. I got a very goodfor price. Location of the hotel is about 5 minutes walking to the falls. There are many parking lot and you can leave your car here instead of paying $10 or more for parking. Room is large and good for family or group (friend) if you would like to stay together in one room.

Easy access to all the sights. Hotel did not have a tub in the room.

It is a beautiful and well kept, but older hotel. Bath rooms and bedding need to be updated. The hotel was very nice, but they had no record of our hotel reservations through your company. We were very lucky that they had one room available, but not a smoking room which we had reserved through you. The hotel staff charged our credit card and we were told to watch our statement, as you all may charge us again. The staff stated to us that they have a lot of problems with receiving reservations through your company.

Great location, historic building, great breakfast, clean decent room. Shower only. The hotel is very convenient to the Natural Bridge, allowing an early start. It has a historic past. The public rooms are exceptional for the value. The rooms are clean and adequate, but this is not a luxury property. It is also near Lexington.

It's a bit nostalgic and has some old Virginia charm. Restaurant food was mediocre and it's a bit overpriced. This hotel was built in 1963. It is a bit outdated but nostalgic. For those wanting a bit of some old Virginia charm, and if you can tolerate or enjoy hoagie 1950's road-side show destinations, this is it. The pool area was a true delight heated and nostalgic too. Built in 1956, it still has the original paint and tile work. The Indian village was informative and interesting. My only problem was prices were a bit steep for my liking. I'm happy we went, but don't think we'd return anytime soon been there, bought the t-shirt syndrome.
