This was a family reunion so most of us stayed at this motel per my sister who lives nearby suggestion. Upon arrival to our rm we found the toilet was not in working. We calld the front desk and within an hour a male came and used a plunger on the toilet and left a mess for us to clean up.When my sister arrived at the motel I went to the front desk with her.The front desk clerk, a female was very rude to them. They had reserved a rm w/ two beds as thier grown daughter would be joining them and was being put in a rm with a King bed. The girl was quite nasty. Demanded they pay additional ten dollars to be allowd to get the rm that they needed. We requested maid ser the 2nd day we were there. Left a tip on the pillow. The beds were remade with the soiled sheets and the spreads were not put on the beds. The floor had been vac'd. But the bathrm had not been cleaned in anyway. Linens were replaced and garbage removed. Maid service not used again. After the maid service the toilet was again not working. Was told by front desk that they did not have maintenence on the wkends and that she would try to find someone to fix the toilet. Two hours later I called the front desk and demanded contact from the manager. The manager happened to be in the cafe. Her husband fixed the tolilet, she discounted our meal and apologized profusely. The age of the motel had nothng to do with the service recv or not recvd at the motel. Rooms could have been alot cleaner. (lack of pride in work?) Staff respectful. (lack of needing employment?)

The pool had so many chemicals in it, our eyes still burned & skin still itched the next day. The beds were hard, but the room seemed clean. Don't stay in the pool too long. There were so many chemicals my husband could still not open his eyes the next day!

The pool was a good temperature for children. Nothing. I have always chosen this hotel because of the swimming pool. The rest is fine also, but the pool exceeds my expectations because of the warm temperature.

Good location fair price. Appearance of outside. Not the hilton but was a comfortable place to stay.

Location, price and restaurant. Dirty rooms and filthy surrounding. The rooms were dirty, we were just hoping that the sheets had been washed. Behind the hotel, there were shattered empty glass bottles. Disgusting. The restaurant was nice though and breakfast was good and cheap.

Nothing. Dirty. Dirty, out of date, would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The swimming pool was wonderfully warm. The outside grounds were trashy, staff unfriendly, and room noisy. We were disappointed.
