Well worn. Stained carpet & upholstery, holey blanket, etc. This is a truckers and oil field workers place. Clean enough but needs upgrading (like 5 years ago) Good, cheap restaurant in house - huge breakfast.

This is an older hotel with a lot of mileage on it. The little things make it difficult to feel comfortable. My door to another room has the paint scraped off it in an area (as if a dog had been srcatching at it). The furnature is scratched and worn. The bedding is old and tacky. The pool is empty and in an area outside that is very unattractive. All it would take is a handyman to come through here to paint out the trim, service the celings in the bathroom, redo the caulking in the shower and it would be much more comfortable. It's just funky.

The people working at the desk were very friendly and helpful. No big problems. We were unsure what to expect from a National 9 hotel, but found it met our needs nicely.

I stayed at this property due to a layover and was pleased with the service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rate was also reasonable, which is nice.

It had a refrigerator. I need more than 20 words. I am disappointed with this for two stars, when it hardly warranted being rated with one. The desk staff was unfriendly. I will not only be unlikely to stay in this heap again.

The Conoco told us that this was the most afforadable and best hotel in town. I'm glad we listened. The beds were awesome. Our room had a small fridge and microwave which was very convenient. The resturant was very nice, very inexpensive and the food was out of this world!! The staff made us feel at home.

Really friendly staff. It was really expensive for a motel in Gillette WY. The room was clean the people were very nice and accommodating. I would like to stay there again if it weren't so expensive.

All staff was awesome - the restaurant and lounge were very nice. We were treated well, the food was great!! We will stay anytime we come through Gillette.

Nothing. Dirty, old, next to railroad tracks. It was filled with oil field people, not family friendly at all. Very old and dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Paint was chipping, mildly. Sheets threadbare. Was afraid to look too closely.

This was a very high stress stay due to family medical emergency. The staff was awesome, there for my every need. The room, especially the beds were wonderful. I was accually able to rest. It's so nice to find people that really care about service to the public.

It had friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable for business traveler. Restaurant was only average. My overall experience was good and I would stay again for business travel.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was awesome. I was having car problems and they went out of their way to help. The restaurant that is attached is good as well. The property is a little older but overall was comfortable, the service is what sold me.

The restaurant. No cooling system. The room ran at 80 during the night and there was lack of concern for the staff. I did not care for the lack of concern for guest comfort. The rooms were hot at night due to a non-functioning cooling system. It was also very noisy.

This hotel was awful first room had large balck mold spot on bathroom ceiling. Moved to another room someone already in that room walked in on them. 3rd room again had mold all over the ceiling and smelled awful. Desk clerk did not seem concerned that we walked in on another guest.

"Rooms were decent, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the attached restaurant, also decent. The front desk staff, however, were ENTIRELY unhelpful and snooty for the entire duration of this trip. We got to wait 5-10 minutes for the receptionist to get off of an (obviously personal) phone call upon check-in. Wireless internet didn't work, had to call 3+ times for them to finally answer and ""enable"" it for our room. Will never stay here again!"

Room we stayed in was clean, other parts were dirty. The front desk person was snotty! Didn't charge the rate they had placed with you.
