Did not kept our 2-day 2-room reservation. Took more than an hour to get our rooms. Room did not get clean for the 2nd day. Did not have enough towels in the room. Manager did not want to do any investigation, nor to involve talking to the customers. Please avoid to book any room with this inn.

Beds were OK, after I bleached the bathroom I felt safe. Breakfast better than nothing. This property is a recycled hotel that's trying to aspires to a Hotel 6. Not horrible, not grand. Beds were OK. Green carpet seen better days. Breakfast was waffles, and other starches, with coffee/juice. Convenient 2 blocks from the light rail station. Convenient to Big Cottonwood valley and the ski areas. Checked out day early.

Didn't know what to expect because of traveler comments. We enjoyed the experience. All the employees were friendly and responsive to our needs. The free coffee and breakfast were an added treat. The ice machine always worked! Worth every penny. Not fancy but remodeling is an ongoing project. We will stay here again when in the area.

It was our best hotel during the long trip. The room was very quiet and very clean. It also had everything we needed: a small refrigerator, a microwave, comfortable beds, parking at the window of our room. The lobby in the hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly. Complementary breakfast was OK especially for the price we paid for the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendliness and information cost nothing. Rudeness and lack of helpfulness actually hurts a business.jacquizzi: filthy with black scumrn out of super passes and did nothing to help. Best western bailed me out.Other stuff too.Wish I had left.

Stayed here while snowboarding at Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Location was great, short drive to all the resorts or to take the bus to them if you needed to. The breakfast that was included was decent...waffels, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, english muffins. Just watch out, around 7:30am bums come in and grab a bunch of food, then leave. This is your typical low budget hotel, but the location helps it out a lot! Room was clean. RIght on the main road, so plenty of places to eat. Oh they did have a flat screen tv, but no ESPN....so sad. I would only recommend this place for friends looking for a cheap place to stay while skiing or riding in the mountains.

Hotel staff was very helpful in every way possible. Room was kinda of small for having a child with us. I had a really good impression of this hotel they did everything possible to make our stay better. They even checked us in 4 hours earlier than they were supposed to because I had a doctor’s appointment I had to get to. Very nice staff.

when i got there the room was on the second floor, but no elevator and because of health reasons i ask for a groundfloor rm. I was told that would be 5.00 more per night ""up front"" like i was going to ""stiff"" them. Then, all night the neighbors had visitors, and banging on the doors, which kept me awake most of the night. Then at 4 am my phone rings it is a wake up call ( i didn't ask for one). We left in the morning and went to another motel. I never felt more unsafe at a motel as i did at this one. Will never stay there again and will never recommend it to anyone. Room was old but clean

I wasn't expecting anything special. I just wanted an economy hotel for my weekend trip. The shower took forever to drain, the room was very worn, stains, old furniture, etc. I don't mind a little age but I think the room was let go a bit past that. The hotel did provide a place for me to stay with a roof over my head, but I can't say I'll be staying there again.

I was glad that when I lost my wallet in the parking lot someone actually turned it in. There were a lot of seedy characters and crack heads. There were ants in the bathroom. There were scary people hanging around. We were glad our vehicle wasn't broken into or stolen. Actually, the best part of our experience (and the only reason we didn't rate every category a 1) was that when I dropped my wallet in the parking lot, someone turned it in to the front desk.

Hotel staffs are friendly and it is very obvious that the management is trying to improve the facility and the quality of the staffs. The overall experience may have been affected by the long term residents that occupy the property and the lack of upgrade of the facility from the property owner. However, the property is safe and the long term residents and the staffs are very friendly and kind to guests. Breakfast is included but not much choice and is located at a corner of the lobby. Penty of food but certain hours when hotel staffs are also eating their breakfast, the place became too crowded and food ran out very fast. The hotel staffs (other staffs) would refill the empty items but just does not seem right when the staffs are taking over the place. I thought guest should have the priority. Just a thought for the management.
