The hotel rooms are extremely small. There is not much staff on hand. Maid services were poor. Besides the fact that is what in a prime location in South Beach, I would never return.

Close to the beach. 2 blocks away. Rooms were filthy. The rooms were filthy. Although the front desk was very gracious to move us elsewhere. My wife had to cover herself with her towel as we slept. All 3 rooms had unsightly things on the sheets. As well noise carries very well into the rooms where we could hardly sleep through the night. Please remove this hotel from your listing.

After a lot of research and hotel comparison we settled on this hotel b/c of their impressive website which showed eclectic stylish rooms. We stayed in a "Jr Suite" and were pretty disappointed. The bed was comfy and there is a huge flat screen TV, that was really nice. Other than that the room was overpriced and overrated. We won't be coming back. The breakfast was decent.

I travel all over the world on business all year long. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had in the USA. And that's saying something!!!!! First, the room was not as contracted! When I asked for a clarification, I was insulted and the clerks were extremely rude. Next, the ammenities listed in their hotel directory did not exist. Language was a problem with staff and clerks having limited English skills. Third, the "pool" was a joke. Next, you had to keep your blinds closed the entire time because you can be seen from all the other rooms and you can see them! Parking was $50 per day and my car had scratch on the driver door that, of course, they claimed was there before they took the car, it was not! My experience was so bad I left early even though I'd paid for the night! The final slap in the face was a charge for "Resort Fees" that were never disclosed until check out. Of course there was a small print notice on the door explaining the "Resort Fee" policy. Highly Insulting!!!!

Had 2 days in South Beach. Hotel was in a great location, staff were pretty useless and it was a bit souless. On arrival, the welcome was well below par, not even a hello, how are you or even a what the hell do you want? When you've just arrived off a long flight you expect some sort of welcome. Given my key and off you go. Stick them all on a Customer Service course is my advice. Great rooms though and the Bellboy bloke was cool. Bar and restaurant, don't even know if they were open.

There was nothingI liked. Rude staff, and very small rooms dirty. Do not stay at this hotel for any price.

I would never stay in this hotel again. The service was BAD. No what I mean is what service? This hotel has no room service at nite or during the day. My bed had food crumbs and hair in bed. I called the front desk to get the linen changed. We have no room service at nite and I can't leave the front desk. So, you will have to change your own linen. I have never been to a hotel and had to be housekeeping. Wow! You got to be joking right. I reluctantly changed the linen after he informed me there were no more rooms available. I tried to speak with management the next but he only offered a $ 20 discount for my trouble. No apology or how can I make the rest of your vacation more pleasant. After my second visit with management he agrees to give us a free nite. That was a big lie. When check out time arrived, it was no free nite , $ 20 discount or apology noted. The front desk was rude and so was management. This is no 3 or 4 star hotel. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL.

Hotel is OK, rooms are a little rundown. Stayed in off season so price was OK. The room I was in, which was a junior suite, had ants. Was not allowed to switch rooms, front desk tried to help by spraying ant spray, which did nothing. Wouldn't stay here again. Pick somewhere else.

The small room with paper-thin walls (and ceiling) was surprisingly well appointed with a clean, comfortable bed, huge TV, and an elegantly designed bathroom. Good location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. You'll appreciate the location because the hotel itself has no amenities. Better than most at this price point.

The hotel staff was very friendly and treated us like royalty! The carpets were old and dirty, and the room configuration was not ideal. At first glance it did not appear like the Hotel Nash was going to be a 4 star hotel. But if you look past the dirty carpets, and the awkward room layout, you will have a great stay. The beds were very clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is very friendly, and provides the service of a high class hotel while at an affordable price. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Miami!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and We were pleased. We were in the heart of everything and were able to exclude a rental car because of this. The front desk was very helpful; they were informative about things to do and they were able to book our excursions for us. The rooms were spacious enough for 2 people and it was very comfortable. Although the pool wasn't much, we were given a room with a view of them. My husband had a BIG problem with the exit hallway door always being ajar which I told him was probably done for a reason by the staff, but he made sure to close it before we settled in for the night (or should I say morning :) I would and have recommended this hotel to other couples-not a family hotel.

This hotel has a good location, but that is all. The room was very small and not to clean. There is no restaurant in this hotel (went out of business 2 weeks ago). Over all I do not recommend this place for anyone.

This was a boutique hotel. The room were extremely small (barely room to walk around the bed). There were no dressers or areas to store your clothing and the closets only contained 4 hangers. The hallway was mildly lit with dingy carpets. The walls between the bedrooms were thin.
