(10/07 YT) The hotel is a 10-storey, white, modern building. A 10 minutes car ride away from JR Narita Station or Tokyo International Airport at Narita. A free shuttle bus is provided daily between the hotel and Narita Airport, JR Narita Station or Keisei Narita Station. Narita International Airport is located 70km away from city centre of Tokyo. It takes one hour by train or 80-120 minutes by bus to central Tokyo from Narita International Airport.

I was in transit, and enjoyed having an inexpensive, but quiet and clean room with all essentials. The food in the restaurant could be better though.

You will not be allowed to check into this hotel until after 3pm which for an airport hotel is pretty poor, especially if your flight gets in early. If you arrive early you will be charged an extra part daily rate. Staff unhelpful. Very limited room service and restaurant menu.

Free shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. We arrived late and it was no trouble for the resturaunt staff to prepare us a meal. A very quiet hotel but not really handy to any facilities but great for a Narita stopover.

Very nice staff, I left my spectacles in the hotel and they were very prompt in sending it in their next courtesy coach. Very friendly staff breakfast was above average. Will stay there again if I go to Tokyo.

I needed a hotel close to NRT for an early flight. The hotel is pretty basic. The room was small but adequate, with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, small tv with cnn and bcc channels in English, bath/shower and Japanese style toilet/bidet. The staff was friendly and told me about the times for the airport shuttle which is free. The restaurant had a nice buffet, mainly chinese and japanese dishes. There is a small store in the lobby where you can get snacks, soft drink, beer, and sandwiches. I didn't use the workout room but in room internet connection was about $10. My only complaint is that the airconditioning never got really cool.

A great inexpensive place to stay for a night before a flight. The room is pretty basic. The receptionists were very helpful and the free shuttle would have been great if we`d woken up in time! The buffet was good and reasonably priced and you can`t beat the convenience to the airport.

I found the facilities to be very neat, and clean. The staff was very efficient and eager to help in any way, however they speak very limited english which made it hard to communicate. The restraunt served primarily Japanese cuisine, and was somewhat expensive. Overall I would recommend to a friend.

The Hotel operates a free bus shuttle service to the Shopping Mall, Town Centre & Airport - an absolutely superb facility.
