Hotel très bien placé. Petit déjeuner en buffet de large choix. A nice place in Napoli near the boats and the main place. Good breakfast.

Did not find the hotel at the address on the web site but did find it's associated hotel on Via Toledo and stayed there. A better description on the website of how to find the hotel would be useful. It was lovely and spacious with high ceilings, nice decor, air-con, great amenities including a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic pizzerias in Via Tribunale 15 mins walk away. Ask for the map showing public transport routes. Recommend a trip to Herculaneum!!!

I arrived at midnight, and got good service. It's in a rather noisy location, but it was nice to be that near the port, to catch a boat to Sorrento. It's rather far from the train station, however. I was happy there was a lift! Breakfast was sufficient. I got information, in English, about how to catch buses and trains.

You're paying for the location here. Very basic and quite expenesive considering there weren't enough towels, some lights didnt work in the room etc... OK for a quick stop over night and if you want to see the city quickly. Anything more, look elsewhere.

Thanks to the excellent accomodation, our trip to Naples was very successful. Surely I will choose this hotel if I come to Naples again in future. Though there were not so many chances to speak with the staffs, the information they gave us was very useful, and I was very happy to find that the Naples pass sold out in the station was availabl in the hotel. I would have rated "perfect", if a TV remote controller could be used freely, not chained. If it must be chained for protection against any unfavourable guest, then I suggest they offer one more controller for the double room. Anyway, I will recommend my friends to use this hotel, if they go to Naples.

We had a great experience at the Napolit'Amo! Everything is as described in the listing. The location is great and easy to get to with the Alibus from the airport or train station. It is a very convenient location for visiting historic sites. The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable! Breakfast is plentiful and great! I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Have some Euro coins ready for the elevator(.10 at this writing). Thanks Napolit'Amo !

Very good location, clean and pleasant personnel. Not too noisy because half empty in off-season. Very poor lighting in room and bad telephone connection in room. Fair price/quality ratio.

Napoli is quite a big city, and if you look for a nice, pleasant place to spend your night, with a very good breakfast in the morning, then Napolit"amo is THE place. Forget luxury and overpriced sunctuosity. Let yourself immerse into history and warmth of Napolit"amo-so well located that we could reach the port walking-with travelling bags!

We have been travelling around Italy for about 3 weeks now spending 1, 2 or 3 nights in various hotels and unfortunately found this to be the poorest value for money to date. The room was a bit dirty with the floor, toilet and shower not clean.

The staff was always very friendly and capable to help. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast was good. I got recommendations for sightseeing, public transport etc. during my days in Napoli. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and would recommend the albergo to my familiy and friends. Melsy, Janet and Robert: Thanks a lot.

This was an excellent value hotel in an ideal location for getting to the port to visit the islands. Also easy to walk to places of interest in naples. Staff were very helpful and accommodating- we were able to check in at 8am having just arrived on an overnight ferry from palermo. Also offered to keep our bags a night or two if we were going to islands. Rooms were simple but v clean. Breakfast was good.

The map on the website is poor as the hotel is just off VIA MEDINA one of the main streets in Naples. Please change your map to show this. Otherwise both Venere.com and hotel 10 out of 10.
