The establishment comprises a total of 40 guest rooms and suites spread across 12 storeys. Fully air-conditioned, it welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and cloakroom. This eco hotel is situated in a quiet area, just 100 metres from the centre of the city. It is only a 200-metre walk from the Princess Letizia Conference Hall and from the Buenavista shopping mall.
