we only stayed for one night in turin - we found the location to be excellent for sight seeing. The reception staff seemed a little inexperienced and offered no help on sight seeing etc a gentleman outside gave us excellent advice pity the hotel did not offer similar. It was a very hot day the day we were in turin and on return to the hotel in the late afternoon we could not get a drink from the bar as it was closed, which I found a little frustrating, yes you could use the mini bar as the receptionist suggested but we wanted to sit outside and soak up the late afternoon sun with a glass of beer - not to much to ask.

The staff was very professional but somewhat cold. The hotel is very well located, in a very quiet area just next to the historical center and next to animated streets at night. The main building is built in an original way.

This hotel is obviously aimed at the business customers, and not your typical holiday maker. This is not a criticism though. It was a new building that had style, character and contemporary luxury. The service was professional and efficient, but cool; rather than the warm welcome you may get at more tourist orientated places. The room was more like a suite: lots of faux leather, Egyptian cotton bedding, and our most comfortable bed in Italy. They also served the best, and most varied breakfast that we had on our 3 week tour. There weren't many other guests. We seemed to have the place to ourselves. I'm not sure if our experience would be different if they were busy, but probably not. Only negative criticism would be that we couldn't get into the hammam, as they were fully booked during our stay. Book an appointment ahead if you want to use it. We'd definitely return!
