Disappointing, small room, tiny bathroom (wet room) and mix up with bookingI have stayed at this hotel on numerous occassions but this time I was disappointed. Firstly, there was no record of our booking upon check in and when we did eventually get our rooms they were tiny in particular the bathroom, the smallest I have come across in a hotel.

Hamburg NorgeStayed at Hamburg Norge on a recent business trip. I've stayed at this hotel a few times and the hotel is smart and clean but the on this occasion the bathroom was very small and there was no airconditioning. During our visit the temperature was very high so sleeping during the night was difficult and as the hotel is situated on a busy road, opening the window was not an option. In summary, a good business hotel but not in high summer.
