| I've stayed in quite some NH hotels before and it is clear this a hotel that recently got added to the chain and it needs quite some extensive renovation to get it to the same level I'm used to from NH. |

| It was nice to see tea and coffee making facilities. I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel as we got the room at a greatly reduced price and so I was expecting to be bowled over. There were stains on the carpet and settee, although the bed linen and towels were good quality. The bathroom needed updating in my opinion as the tiles were mismatched and the sanitary ware was crazed and cracked. If I had have paid full price, then I would have been quite disappointed. I can not comment on the food as I chose to eat out in the local village. Close to the airport, but didn't hear too much noise. |

| The man on reception was excellent, genuinely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is wonderful, superb late night room service menu and the food was so fresh. Superb room, and the pillow menu is wonderful, in all a great stay, very comfortable and professional. |
