| The staff were very accomodating and spoke English well. The rooms were very comfortable. I was travelling with my two teenage daughters, and we all fit well in the same room. It is near 2 subway stations, and the Botanic gardens. Breakfast was very nice, but not included in the price of the room. |

| NH Hamburg is a very good hotel. Staff were knowledgeable, spoke English and were very helpful. Rooms are excellent value, well appointed, clean, serviced daily and spacious |

| The breakfast was not included, costed 15 euro pro person a day and nobody told us before. That wasn't really honest. |
