| The hotel is like 20 min. walk from the town centre however you walk along the river and the architecture you pass is great. Not necessarily the standard I expected but it was ok and staff was very friendly. |

| When we arrived there was no reservation done by Venere. Thanks God there were available rooms. Apparently there exists a problem with your mail addresses. As far as staff skilness, very poor: we asked for a first class restaurant and we were sent to a burger/cafeteria. Fortunately we found a very good one on our way. |
