High standard, spacious room on a quiet street.Reasonably priced (through laterooms) for such a location.Well suited for both work and leasure, but shouldn't wifi access be free of charge these days? Will definately use it again.

My room was large, clean and equipped with all the expected amenities. Hotel staff was polite and the entire experience was hassle-free. I'll certainly stay there again if I need a hotel in the South Kensington/Earls Court rea.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. The concierge was very helpful: The room was small and the location was central to everything: Enjoyed our stay:

Great value hotel in an excellent locationNo real complaints...very clean and a good sized room for the price. Only niggle was that the shaver socket didn't work and no action was taken when I asked for it to be repaired.Would definitely use this hotel again.

The best thing about the hotel is its staff - unfailingly helpful and positive. Location is great with tube station a short walk and the room was pleasant. The restaurant food was very good and I would stay here again.

Great room - lovely finishing touches Room was really nice & big but the price was high £160 (although for London that is not bad) The room had lots of lovely nice touches - real coffee with a cafetere and lots of freebee washing stuff. Overall great

A one night stayI stayed one Saturday night when I was in London for a course. First off, I forget that 4 star isn't four star anymore. Hotels seem to have been dumbed down with everything else. Harrington Hall is a pleasant modern hotel but the feel is definitely more 3* than 4*. The bedroom was quite nice though - a reasonable size and the bathroom was clean and uptodate. Again though, the range of toiletries that one would expect in a 4 star was lacking. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good - but I was the only diner! The service from the two chaps at the bar (one of them may have been the rest mgr) was very good - perfectly pitched in terms of level of attention and very polite and helpful. Just a pity there was not more life (in the bar, not them). I think what I paid for it - £115 no breakfast was steep but that is the area I suppose. The distance the laterooms website gave though is misleading. As the crow flies probably right but it took me a good 20 mins to walk with bags from the RGS. Would I stay there again? For a better deal, maybe. For the same money? Probably not.

Excellent room except Remote Control did not work and undertaking to fix it while we were out to dinner was not honoured.

This was our second stay at the Harrington Hall and we were interested to see if it would be as pleasant as our first. The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable bed and smart bathroom. We were on the top floor and our window was small with a partly obscured view but we did not find this a problem, especially as being on the side of the hotel meant that the room was extremely quiet. The staff were very polite and helpful and we found the location of the hotel to be ideal for our needs. We did not have breakfast there so can't comment on the food but there were several places to eat within a few minutes walk which was useful.

Good size rooms. The outstanding feature was the staff, without exception they were all friendly and helpful and most welcoming. I'm impressed!

Highly satisfied, courteous and helpful staff, clean comfortable and warm rooms, and quiet central location. Some Music choice in the room would have been nice(I like music when I wake!) Defnitely stay again!

Excellent location - next to Gloucester Road Tube station (with direct links to Euston, West End and all the sights) and quality of hotel was superb - we upgraded to a suite which was very large and well worth the money. Service was top notch and the 5pm check-out on Sundays is very good too. Large TV was excellent, with many European TV channels, ironing board and mini bar excellent too. Only down side was the trunk at the end of the large comfy bed - I kept falling over it, forgetting it was there.

I did not eat in the hotel- all of London's hotels are too expensive to eat in, unless you have a company that picks up tab. I stayed in this hotel last year, and wanted to go back. The room, both times, was exceptional for London, in terms of the price and the quality. This tiime I had a room one could have waltzed in! Addditionally, it is very clean, nicely appointed, and the bath is huge as well! Only complaint is someone needs to clean out the dust in the grate above the bathroom mirror. This hotel is used by alot of business people and the airlines. However, for a visitor on pleasure trip, it is an ideal location! I did overhear one person complain loudly about their room?? The other thing is that they are very helpful-booked me for tea at Browns's as requested, got me cab at 5AM as requested-checked me out the night before, and kept my luggage when I arrived early in the morning, and room was not ready=check in time is noon and I arrived at 9AM- but I went out for the day, and when I came back, right to the room.

Could not run a bath without getting in first as shower screen not hinged in order to fold back. However this is a small complaint. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Location very convenient being only a couple of minutes from the tube.
