The Guesthouse is set within a charming Victorian Period House whilst the interior is tastefully finished with a warm modern decor. NB’s Guesthouse was awarded a 4-star diamond award by the prestigious Automobile Association (AA) Accommodation Guide. Newly renovated, NB’s Guesthouse features a mix of en-suite and standard double, twin and family rooms. 1 and 2 bed apartments also available. Each bedroom features; a coloured TV, complimentary tea and coffee, FREE Wifi, wash basin, wardrobe, new deep-spring mattresses and window blinds which are black lined to ensure a peaceful and relaxing nights sleep. The Guesthouse is located just a short 10-15 min walk from Princess Street, Edinburgh Castle and all the cities major tourist attractions, eateries and nightlife hubs. Public transport accessible from directly outside the Guesthouse to the city centre and beyond. A wholesome and freshly prepared Scottish or Continental breakfast is available between 07.45am and 09.00am. at a charge of £5.00 per person. Secure private parking available at the Guesthouse; however spaces are limited so we highly recommend pre-booking a space to ensure you are not disappointed on arrival. The charge for parking is £5.00 per day (off-peak season) and £10.00 per day (peak season). Whilst check-in time is not until 14:00pm, for those of you arriving in Edinburgh prior to this time, your luggage can be left in the Guesthouse until your room is ready. Similarly, for those departing Edinburgh late on your check-out date, luggage can be left in the Guesthouse until 17:00pm.
