Fantastic new, buzzy hotel. Beautifully designed. The staff were friently and helpful - having an mp3 cable sent up to my room to connect my ipod to their in-room music system was a really nice touch.

hotel was lovely and in brilliant location. very trendy!this really is a special hotel, however if ihad to have 1 moan it would be that due to the trend of the hotel the room is open plan - hence no bathroom door! the door to the toilet is glass and not an issue, however if your staying with someone u dont know that well it could be bit embarrassing!!! their restaurant downstairs :table: is superb - try the oysters and mussels they were the best i have ever tasted!! the cocktail bar downstairs is classy and is suitable for all ages. you wont be disapointed here.

First Visit to BrightonThis was our first visit to Brighton so I chose a brand that I recognised. We were very happy with everything about the hotel. It is well placed for The Lanes and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. The hotel bar was absolutely jumping on Saturday night with a DJ, obviously a really cool place to be.Breakfast was amazing and really good value, although prices went up a little the second day of our visit.I used the inhouse spa to have a manicure and pedicure, both of which were well done and I also got a discount at the hairdressing salon across the road by mentioning the hotel. All in all a great experience and we would certainly stay here again.

Bad.We didin't enjoy any aspect of our stay. Horrible combo of spiritual sayings and philosophy amidst modern plastic surroundings, it was like a bad dream. Stains on our bed cover and no window with direct access to fresh air - and all for £125. Much better places to stay that feel like you're in Brighton, rather than in some kind of post modern nightmare.

ExcellentThis is an utterly superb hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer! The whole place looks good and even feels good. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Room facilities were top notch with a great shower, ironing facility and hairdryer plus mini fridge and a big TV. TV could do with more channels (just freeview) and a better digital signal. Bed and bedding were extraordinarily comfortable and I had a great night sleep every night.

Good location, funky decorNear train station and not far from the conference centre. Very clean and polite staff who were helpful. Shower conked out for half an hour on the first morning of the stay, but reception helpful and gave two complementary cocktails at the bar (try the mitiki). The included Breakfast was continental not fully cooked which I was not aware of at booking.Enjoyed the stay and would recommend and stay there again

A first class place to stayI've never been happier with my accommodation than I was at My Hotel, Brighton. The staff and service were first class, the food really nice with a good selection. Even when the rooms DVD player went slightly on the blink I was given the conference room as an alternative in which to entertain my guests which had a sound system second to none.

Weekend away with FriendsHotel was exactly what I wanted for a weekend away with a large group of friends - bright and funky with immediate impact. There was a bit of a mix up with extra beds that was dealt with swiftly and cheerfully by front of house staff before we arrived. Despite the very popular bar downstairs the rooms were quiet and calm. The rooms are well designed but one word of caution for sharing friends - the bathrooms afford very little privacy as the shower and basin are in the bedroom and the toilet has a glass door! That said - the rooms have everything you need including an iron and ironing board and a good PA system for I-pods. The staff are friendly, without being intrusive, and efficient and there is a great energy about the place. Thoroughly recommended.

Great StayWe had a fantastic time at MyHotel, we got a free room up-grade as they had over booked, worked out great for us! Really like the room, very modern and fun, loved the MP3 speakers also, was good to have our own music playing round the room. Would really reccomend this hotel to other couples, maybe not for families due the bathroom layout, not very private! The cocktail bar was very cool and the barman made us a lovely maitai!

It Brighton'd up our weekMyhotel was lovely! Not particularly easy to find the hotel or the car park (it didn't register on SatNav) but once we were there we were very impressed. Room was spotless and a good size, as was the bathroom. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe. Decoration was lovely and it was nice and quiet. Reception staff were very helpful, although we didn't need them much as we only stayed for one night. We would definitely recommend!

Style and substanceGreat location, close enough to station but also to the sea and in the middle of the Laines and North Laines, central to everything. Really loved the room, which was good as I had to spend more time in it than planned due to a bad back! iPod connection was great to have, plus a DVD player, free wifi and joy, a kettle! Funky furnishings and very comfy bed. Liked the shower in a spacious cabinet. Loved the colour-changing lamp in the room! Very friendly staff all through the hotel. We were disturbed by a fire alarm just after midnight but it was quickly dealt with and had a letter of apology from the manager in the morning, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.
