| Typical of hotels converted from old London buildings. Not particularly well converted. Small rooms and narrow corridors. Senior staff very pleasant but junior staff not really knowledgeable or enthusiastic. Certainly, not a genuine 4star hotel. |

| This hotel is modern and clean. Continental breakfast served was of good variety. The hotel facilities were not used so cannot comment. The bar area was pleasant but drinks rather expensive but it is London. The location is excellant for the many theatres of the west end and shopping on Oxford St and Carnaby Street. A short walk from a tube station meaning the rest of London is easily accessible. |

| Very central, friendly, clean and surprisingly quiet. But we were given a standard room instead of our the superior room we booked. Standard is fairly pokey for two people. The room also had a broken television with a scart lead hanging out of the back - something that was clearly visible and could have been fixed before we arrived. But all in all, it feels like a proper, quality hotel and I'd go there again. |

| Fabulous hotel, the only problem was the soundproofing could have been better. During the night there was noise from the street outside and also we could hear other guests going to and from their rooms. |
