Good ValueVery clean, helpful staff, and a short walk to the train to Cinque Terre. It is also centrally located with plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

I was given a sigle twin bed room (they maintained that the bed was double)and I was refused amy contact info with the hotel manager for complaint. The room no was 506. I paid for a double twin bed or a queen bed when I made the reservation. I have a medical problem and I need space to sleep. My wife was forced to sleep on the floor. It was one of the most painful experiences ever. I request a compensation or a recalculation of the cost of my stay. I repeat, I paid for a double twin bed or a queen bed room. I really hope you will consider my complaint.

From the moment we checked-in to check-out the staff was very friendly and helpful. online travel website sent us confirmation but not the hotel, granted we did only make the reservation a couple days prior. The hotel took care of it without involving us and gave us an upgrade for the same price as accomodations requested were not available. Breakfast was included and had a good variety and selection of items.

Very comfortable hotel, ideal as a base for our fours days on the Cinque Terre. Built into the side of a hill, so reception at Level 5, with 11 car spaces available free. Garage available but a bit expensive. Lowest level gives access to a lane leading to the main shopping area. 10 minutes to the station and then only between 7 and 20 minutes to the five towns. No restaurant attached, but hotel recommended a number nearby, although we did all of our meals on the Cinque Terre. Free WiFi.

I reserved a 3 night hotel stay with online travel website but the hotel advised that they made an error and I could only stay 2 nights. I tried to call online travel website and was put in touch after 25 minutes, They told me not to worry as I would only be charged for two nights and just find another hotel. When I asked to spead to a supervisor I was told he could handle the problem. When I insisted I was put on hold and gave up after 35 minutes! I called back and after another 35 minutes the hotel had a cancellation and I could stay. What an ordeal!!!!!

Modern hotel with superb rooms, but no views, spacious and pristine and good value at €114. Breakfast substantial with wide choice but in a cramped buffet area. Highway level entrance at front on 5th floor is from a fairly quiet road - but the big plus of this hotel is the floor 0 entrance at the back almost directly off the main pedestrian shopping street - well signed and very convenient. Only negative is the room was not available when we arrived at 15:00, a complimnetary drink may have eased the 30 minute wait. 15 min walk to station if you wish to visit 5Terra.

Friendly staff. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms with no view at all, at least not ours. But with only a few days in La Spezia, who cares? We wouldn´t have had time to enjoy it anyway. Lovely hotel, La Spezia and surroundings - we hope to come back - the sooner.....Value for money considers of course the internet rate, not full. Without that and an irish fly cheaper company we had never left home. Grazie mille.

A very good hotel in an excellent location within a walking city. The rooms are well-appointed, and a very good buffet breakfast, with a wide selection of items, was provided. Security for valuables was, on this isolated occasion, not adequate - the small safe was detached and remained detached, even though the reception staff assured us it would be attended to. Subject only to that, I would recommend staying there.
