The Hotel Apollon lies in a suburban location with a tram line immediately in front of the building, and a stop about 200m away. Line 9 takes you straight to Wenceslas Square. A three day tram ticket for about £6 also includes buses and the Metro network. The Hotel has seen better days, with the carpet, in particular in need of replacement. My room was perfectly adequate, with a balcony overlooking a small garden to the rear of the premises. Breakfast was typically continental, but adequate. Staff could have been more helpful, but overall for a budget hotel the Apollon is hard to beat. I booked a 3 day package from England; inclusive of flights and 3 nights B&B accommodation the price was £99; no complaints at that price!

Hotel is connected very well to city center tram no. 9 24 hours is out of the hotel door,12-14 min to city center). The staff were very nice and helpful. For sure will go back this hotel again.
