Museum Hotel's striking new restaurant and bar, Hippopotamus, located on level three of the Harbour Wing enjoys stunning views of the beautiful Wellington harbour. The French influenced cuisine is prepared by award winning Executive Chef Laurent Loudeac making creative use of the finest ingredients; the cuisine is enhanced by a carefully selected wine list, and the luxurious surroundings of the hotel. An excellent view over the moored yachts and inner harbour, a superb service and the waiters speak French.
