I would like to thank the management for our stay at movenpick nabatean castle.. and i would like to thank the reservation dep for their kind treatment.. and also the front office for their sweet services.. we will be back soon...

Its a bad hotel. The staff need to be changed! The rooms need a maintenance. The prices are high! The service are poor for a five star hotel. I don't recommend to stay on it.

It's a great hotel. I spent a wonderful nights on it! The staff are active and helpful. The frontdesk are nice and friendly. The manager is a great man, Mr. Zok. Overall i do recommend to come to the Nabatean castle.

I would never ever think to come to Moevenpick Nabatean Castle Hotel ever again. The service there is bad! The rooms are old and dirty. The food at al madafa restaurant is cold and bad! That i would never feed it to my dog. The prices are high! The staff are inactive.
