Condo, two small beds and large master, two decks, kitchen. View obstructed, this is a timeshare and staff a little pushy. I did not know this was a timeshare when I rented it, and the staff is a little pushy when it comes to requesting your time for a sales pitch but, overall a great condo with full kitchen, two nice decks and great master bath. View a little too obstructed by trees and walls slightly too thin but, that's trying to find something wrong.

Our stay was great. Our little deck had a beautiful view of the mountains covered in snow. The condo was clean and comfortable. I'm really nitpicking to find any negatives at all, so remember our overall experience was very nice. Upon checkin we stood in one line to check in, then we had to stand in another line to get our "welcome packet" and parking tag. The welcome packet was silly with no real content (unless you wanted to go to the casino on Thursday or check out a board game). The sign by the lady said they could do tickets to events - nope. Maybe they once did in the far past, but not now. The check in folks should have mentioned where the condo elevator was - we couldn't find it so we schlepped our bags up several flights of stairs. The neighboring room was quite noisy in an odd way. We think it was an elderly couple who were hard of hearing. They yelled at each other, but not like fighting. They yelled a normal conversation far into the night. Still remember those are just nits. We had a great time. The resort is clean and close to Gatlinburg.

We have stayed at this resort several times. We stay in the Deluxe Condo which accommodates us and two children fine. We have plenty of room with seperate living area and bedroom. I highly recommend this unit. The condo was very clean and update styles. Kids had plenty of room to play. The view was awesome!! Could have used some new pots and pans. The bed was tooo soft and the pillows were flat but that is the only down fall. Fireplace is just a plus. The location is excellent, not in the hussle of things kinda of out on the out skirks, yet very convient to all attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful! The security is Excellent! All and All we like staying here! You do get bugged a lot by them wanting to sell you a time share at the resort but we just don't pick up the phone. It's a GREAT family resort that will fit all your needs and they will even book your tickets for the attractions.

Location. Moderately secluded but also convenient to restaurants, shopping etc. Size of rooms. A little small. Excellent experience for the price.

Very nice. Pool, hot tub and front desk were down in a seperate building from the condo style rooms but this was not too inconvenient. View out front and back windows were nice. Over all very cozy, very nice.

This is an excellent resort. Will use it again. The room was beautiful and the staff at the resort were friendly and welcoming!

It offered a stove, refrigerator and microwave which were great if you did not want to dine out. Needed a little bit of an update. The place was nice for a getaway for a few days. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of town. It had great amenities but it needed to be updated a bit with repainting and a good spring cleaning.

This hotel room did not match the pictures at all on the website. We were expecting a cabin like feel becuse the pictures showed fireplaces and quilts. The bed and bedding was horrible! There did seem to be a newer building with a great view but we were not in it.

The room is very cozy and has great scenic view. I wish the staff has more armful service (speak slowly) to foreigner. They are under construction, some where. And there are not enough signs especially entrance. But most of facility is good.

"My family of five stayed here. We had a two bedroom unit. It was clean and well suited for my three young children. Only problem was a noisy neighbor. Other than that a fine stay, we will be returning next month for a long weekend."

"Excellent overall. Units are acutally condos in a resort community. Location is off the main strip in Gatlinburg which I found to be nice. Have full kitchens, and there are 3 pools & at least 2 hot tubs in community. Fitness room & game room in mian clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay. Could hear some general noise form units next to us but that didn't happen very often. "
