Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed while they are remodeling.

My husband and I came to celebrate our 2nd anniv. We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had all that we needed. We would love to stay here again and will recommend it to anyone interested. One of the best experiences I have had staying in a hotel.

Convenient location. Desk gave excellent driving directions to the hotel. Hotel had a good hot breakfast included. Furnishings had a dark, rich look but seemed heavy on a hot summer day. This was a nice hotel near both a summer playhouse and a summer concert venue. They are expanding and will have a pool and spa before long.

Wow, what an experience. From the Time we walked in and got greeted by x and y at the front desk, and we checked in and they knew us by name, its like they actually learned their guest name before we got there. New, Clean, Spacious.. I was in a NON suite and the room is HUGH.. plus they have a fitness center and a chipping green and tee box, next time the golf clubs are coming !!! They recommended a restaurant by the name of Kelsey's about 5 minutes down the road, and it was great, but what made this experience over the top, was that we had left a Baby Blanket at the restaurant, and we had made mentioned we were staying at the Mountain Inn and Suites, so the waitress contacted the Inn and the desk clerk, knew that we had an infant and we went to Kelsey's so called the room to let us know if we had left our baby's blanket there, and sure enough we had... Talk about knowing you guest... even if you are visiting Asheville, stay here, its worth the drive.. What else could you ask for...

The hotel was reasonably priced and comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods. We could hear theTV very loudly in the room next door at 11:30 at night when we were trying to sleep. The hotel was reasonably priced for a room with two queen beds. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast that was included in the price was good with a nice variety of foods. We would stay there again.

My husband and I decided on Mountain Inn and Suites after reading the reviews - and it was a great choice. Our room was large - a mini-suite with a separate "living area" with micrwave and fridge. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, what really distinguishes this hotel is the staff. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful - and best of all they have a complilmentary laundry service (wash, dry and fold). Our clothes were returned within a couple of hours! We can certainly recommend this hotel!

Thecan do attitude of every staff person we encountered was appreciated! My family and I stayed at this hotel while attending a funeral. The staff was extremely helpful with directions. The room was very clean. We will return again this summer.

We decided to go up thru the Smokey Mountains and stay here on our way home from NC coast. This is a new 2 story Inn with regular rooms and suites. It is BEAUTIFUL and well kept with no low budget decor. Parking lot was immaculate and the entrance had fancy metal benches with the hotel's logo in them. When you first walk in you think you are at alittle inn somewhere with the way its laid out. The clerk, x, is extremely charming and does all he can to help make sure you have a great stay. Our room was great and extremely clean (corners too). Has an elevator and luggage carts. The free breakfast was terrific. The normal basic stuff was more embelished and even some hot items as well. Our room was a standard room so it didn't have a micro/frig but did have the coffee maker. x said he has a microwave and anytime people need food fixed or pop some popcorn he is more than glad to help. All the staff we encountered was very courteous. We will be back.

Excellent stay - very friendly staff - super time! We were a little disappointed with the pillows and that is the only thing. A little off the beaten path and that is what we wanted. They could not be more friendly or helpful. Will stay there again!

Very pet freindly, staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Remote control was broken. Would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends, we are returning to area in December with several families and will be staying at Mountain Inn again. I have stayed at fancier hotels but none with more nicer staff.
