We are perfectly located in Downtown Gatlinburg within immediate walking distance of the "main strip" in Downtown Gatlinburg, just one block from Ripley's Aquarium of The Smokies. Purchase discount Aquarium tickets at our office and avoid the long ticket line. The Gatlinburg Trolley stops directly in front of our property for convenient transportation through Gatlinburg.
The Hays Family, resident owners/managers, invite you to share in free morning coffee and "get the inside scoop" on the many things to do and see during your stay.
Other Interesting and enjoyable attractions are within walking distance, including the Aerial Tram, which will take you up to Ober Gatlinburg for Skiing, Ice Skating, shopping, etc...
