I have stayed in Jerusalem several trips and this has been the best hotel so far. The Citadel room is worth the extra with the balcony overlooking the Old City. The rooms, food, staff were awesome. Would choose this one again.

This is an unusual hotel, created from adjacent historical buildings. Located on the side of a hill, all sleeping rooms are below street level and offer a view of Mt. Zion and the old city of Jerusalem. As a result, with only a single bank of elevators, getting to your room could involve a walk with several steps. We were a little disappointed with the service in the breakfast room, but found the reception staff to be very responsive.

We really liked the Mount Zion hotel, the pool area is lovely and relaxing, they provide you with towels. It is close enough to walk to the Kotel as well as to Ben Yehuda. The service was excellent, very helpful especially when we were trying to book a restaurant for Friday night dinner. The views are amazing!

Beautiful setting and view to the old city. Short cab ride to the city centre. Historic hotel with lovely original features and great authentic hammam and swimming pool. Real middle eastern feel.
