I have been to third world countries. This was worse than staying in any hostel in a third world country as far as condition of room and cleanliness. Peeling wall paper, dust on everything, mold everywhere in bathroom, stains on all visible painted and wallpapered surface (and the lamp), outlets that didn't work,bathroom light that strobed when turn 'off', tub that didn't drain, microfridge that didn't work, thermostat with exposed wires sticking out, base paneling that was missing or peeling.
